SIMON POV 2

"Oh my goodness! it has not yet been three days but my father gave me all the duties he should take on my shoulders" I lean back in my recliner. My friend was about to come to take up the charge from today. As a new, Cardiologist at my hospital and right now I'm waiting for that idiot.

"Sir your phone is ringing, it's your family friend Richard's uncle" my assistant gives the phone to me. I gladly accept it, because I always liked him. He's been the better dad than mine and aunt I don't have words to say about her. Because my mom is dead and she deserved it. She's been cheating on my dad after I was born, so I never regretted her death and never will I.... that's also the main cause my father changed cold towards everyone. We can't blame him though, he went through so much.

"Hello, uncle! Ho......" My talk was cut off by screams and his strained voice. "Simon, Richie is having seizures right now. We are bringing him to your hospital are you there?"

"Yes, uncle. Come as soon as possible and be safe" That is all I can answer because I need to head back and prepare the room for him.

Everything was perfectly ready by the time they got him here. And Richie also came to consciousness. Me and my team stabilized him and made him rest in the VIP room. He is totally fine now. It is due to irregular taking of his medications and unnecessary stress in one day. Otherwise, he is totally fine. I did all the procedures that should be done. I just prescribed him two bottles of dextrose and NaCl solution to be given in I.V. He was very dehydrated.

"How is he?" My aunt asked me,  running towards me. And uncle he is down, I've never seen him like this, and I've never wanted to see him like this. The last time I saw him like this was when his daughter got fractured. He was blaming himself and even now I think he is doing the same right now, charging himself for this mistake. No this isn't his mistake.

"Aunt he is totally fine. It can also be due to dehydration and overstress at the same time" I said trying my best to comfort them, but I know myself it's of no use. Only one person can bring them back to normal...SEPHORA.

I know her when she was crawling on the ground and being brilliant at a very small age. That girl always makes me flabbergasted every time I see her, by her attitude and her charm.

"Aunt...Sephora doesn't know about this, right?" I blurted out. "Do you think if she had known, wouldn't she be here like right now?" she said about her sweet daughter and how sweet she is.

"Aunt you can take him home" I suggested to them. "Let Seph come, Simon. We will just ask her, just for my surety" she said hesitating.

"No worries aunt you and uncle take some rest. You went through a lot". She hesitantly said, " But....."

"Aunt do you trust me" I asked cutting her talk. Without hesitating she replied, "Yes Simon" was the only word that came out from her and that was enough for me.

"Now go and take some rest in my room aunt," I said motioning my assistant to take them to my resting house.

"I will rest, but can I stay here?" she asked signalling at his son.

"Your wish aunt. If you want the door is always open for you" I replied with a small smile.

I was in my seat going through Richie's record and other patients' records before submitting them to the record table. My cabin door burst open showing my secretary breathless.

"What's the matter?" I asked closing my records. "Sir.....didn't you say to notify you when......Ms.Sephora arrive?" I nod at him. "She is here sir" Immediately I got up from my seat and took off to Richie's room.

When I reach there I see her my angel. Dressed perfectly in formal attire making her look elegant and her free hair was casually hanging from her shoulders. That silk shirt made her look more edible. She was back facing me. Uncle and aunt were the first ones to see me.
