Chapter 9

Jeongyeon x Momo | I Dare You

Jeongyeon's POV

"Jeongyeon!" I heard someone yell before my door swung open- and there stood Momo.

She had the most joyous smile on her face as she walked in and closed the door behind her.

"..What are you up to." I mumbled to her when she came closer and sat on the edge of my bed- near my feet.

From the way she was sitting to the way she was looking at me, I just knew that she had something on her mind- but I couldn't figure it out.

I squinted my eyes at the girl when she put her hand on my leg, "I'm bored."

So that's the reason why she came to bother me. She must think I am up for her to complain about how boring her life is at this moment.

"Okay." I said and tilted my head to the side, expecting her to say something else- but she didn't.

"And?" The word followed soon after when she sat there staring at me.

"And I want you to fix it." She smiled at me

"How do you want me to fix it?"

"Play with me." She told me and sat closer to me, "Truth or dare?"

She seriously just chose a game without even asking me whether or not I wanted to do that game. Not like I could change her mind on something she wanted to do- but still.

"Truth?" I questioned myself before putting my phone away- which had turned off minutes ago when Momo walked into the room.

"Who do you like more, Sana or I?" The brunette asked when she leaned in closer.

Knowing that she would want to hear her name, I gave her what she wanted.

"You."

Not like it was a lie. I have nothing against Sana, but Momo just hit a soft spot deep inside of me whenever I saw or heard her.

A small smile became visible on her face as she scoots closer to me, "I knew it!"

"Truth or dare, Momo?"

I saw her think for a few seconds, "Dare."

"I dare you to buy me jjajangmyeon tomorrow." I said with a smirk on her face.

"Only if I get to eat it with you." She reasoned with me as we looked each other in the eyes.

"Fine, you can tag along."

Momo smiled once again and fiddled with her fingers.

"Truth or dare, Jeongie?" She asked me.

Wanting to switch things up a bit, I chose dare.

"I dare you to sit on my lap." The girl dared me.

I didn't make a fuss about it and sat down onto her lap, my side facing her front. But she didn't want this, as she made clear to me.

"Straddle me." She told me before pushing me off of her, patting her lap for me to sit on.

There was an unfamiliar expression on her face as I felt myself heat up- straddling her lap. Her hands came and snaked around my waist, pulling me closer against her.

"T- Truth or dare, Momo-ya?" I stammered as I cautiously placed my hands ontop of her shoulders.

For some reason- I enjoyed the situation I was in. Straddling Momo's lap with either legs, her arms around my waist while I held onto her shoulders. Her breath fanning against my lips as we were so close to each other at this moment.
