Chapter 10

Karl's P. O. V.

I quickly sit up and look around for the deity. "State your names and business, and make it quick I don't have time for jokes," the Goddess of Death commanded. I got up and introduced myself and Bad. Bad began to explain the situation from finding Tommy to Dream needing some items normal people can't acquire. "What items do you need then?" Death asked. Bad began to list the items necessary for the potion and Death agreed to get them. "Don't we need to give you a payment?" I asked. "I'll let it slide this one time, however, in the future you should probably tell your friend what you're doing," Death answered, "I'll leave the items outside the castle." Bad thanked the goddess for her help and she left. "Dream will have the supplies he need to make the potion now, but how does this help you, Bad?" "Okay so, the egg wants to make sure that it can't get turned to stone, so knowing the counter helps. Also, since we helped Dream he might teach us how to make the potion which the egg could use on its enemies," Bad explained. "Omg you're an idiot," I said, "Listen up because I'm only saying this once..."

The Next Morning

Eret's P. O. V.

I wake up at dawn as usual to watch the sunrise. Then I wake up the Dream, Techno, and Ayuna, so they could work on the potion. I head outside to get some air and I notice as shulker box with a sign on it in front of the door. The sign read "Two idiots decided to ask me for ingredients to a potion you're making without telling you. The box should have what you need but don't open it until you're about to use something from it. -Death, Badboyhalo, and Karl Jacobs" I read through the message about five times because I was in shock, but after coming to my senses I took the box up to the others and repeated the note. Everyone pretty much agreed Karl and Bad were idiots However, since I am kind of just here, I need to thank the duo for all of us.
I head to Tommy and wait... it was about noon when they showed up. Which was kind of surprising because they pretty much hadn't left Tommy's side the whole time. I called out to them and thanked them for being idiots, and for getting the items we needed. They were kind of offended but let it go since Karl apparently spent the whole morning calling Bad stupid for not thinking that through more. I decided to head back to my castle because I had been outside all day. While I was leaving I saw Ghostbur and Glatt say hi to Tommy. I'm glad some people still care.

1. Happy Pride month!
2. This book is a year old now and wow it doesn't feel like it. Probably because of my terrible update "schedule", but meh.
3. This book hit 1k reads! Thank you all so much! I didn't think anyone would like my wacky au so I'm proud of that.
