her father left her family when niomi turned two years old. not because of money, or the relationship with her mother.. he was involved in dangerous things. such as lots of drugs, gangs, guns, ect.
she did have siblings, 1 at the time. he was 3 years older the her. but her mother decided she could only take care of one child, due to money issues. so she left niomi in foster care as she with her father.
paul and cindy cloud were "kind enough" to be willing to adopt her, but really weren't much better then her biological parents. they were careless.
so, niomi ran away at nine years old. her fosters didn't have a care in the world about it.
she biked until she was out of town with just 30 dollars on her.
she went to a gas station in east highland cali for snacks, she was hungry. that's when she was noticed. by fezco.
he asked where her parents were, because she looked so young. she told them her story, and he took her in as his own sister.
