Episode 1: Blooming Love.

Today is another sunny day in Boston. Roméo wakes up with a smile and walks to school with a great envy of spending a lot of time in his brand new high school.

He opens his locker and puts three books from his bag inside, on the first shelf.

-... Are you eating with someone during the lunch break today?

Roméo closes the door of his locker, hoping to face this mysterious student who made his heart race as it never did but, instead of this brooding boy, Roméo sees Stella, imitating a deep voice. Roméo almost sighs of disappointment but tries to keep his frustration to himself.

- Ah- haha, no, I'm not.

- Great then boyy! Let's eat together! I have a good spot in the cafeteria to avoid any social interactions, you'll see!

- A-awesome..

"Urg, why am I feeling disappointed for? I dream too much. Just met someone different and I'm already hoping for a perfect love story? Who am I fooling? I am not even.. gay. Maybe him too? Maybe he was just trying to be friendly and here I am getting worked up over such a meaningless act? Arf.. I must stop imagining things.." is what he thought.

The first half of the day went fast and without issues but Roméo barely saw Michael nor had time to watch him through the class. Whether teachers were surrounding him which was blocking his view, or Stella was dragging him to hang in her favorite places and even Mrs. Gretchen who showed up out of nowhere to inform him of all the current activities of the high school.

He didn't have time to breathe nor glance at the boy who turned his heart upside down.

However, Roméo regained a little bit of courage when the lunch time arrived. He thought, since it's a communal time, he'd have the chance to see Michael through the crowd of the cafeteria but as soon as he stepped in the room, Stella dragged him to a far away table.

- Wait here, I'll get your tray.

- Huh? Wait, I can do it myse--

Stella already turned away to walk to the front of the cafeteria to search their trays. Roméo sighs loudly and, unable to do anything else, collapses on the chair next to him. He sneaks peek at each students walking in the cafeteria but it's useless, he didn't see Michael.

Some minutes later, Stella returns with two trays in her hands and places them on the table. She sits in front of Roméo and smiles at him.

- I hope you like carrots, that's the best vegetable this school can give us. Man, I swear I saw one day one of my classmates choke on a not so fresh piece of cucumber.

- Erk, awful..

- Yea, you said it. But y'know, not everything is bad. The sodas from the distributors are good, only sent ten kids to the hospital because of intoxication. I must say, Carrie from the canteen makes the best milkshakes of the whole school!

- I-I see..

- But don't be scared, most of the things I picked for you are *quite* edible.

Roméo sighs and starts eating the food in his tray but only a few minutes later, a boy arrives to them and slams his hand on the table.

- HELLO THERE DEAR BROTHER! HOW HAPPY I AM TO SEE YOU THERE!

Roméo spits out the water he was drinking from his glass and even chokes on it for some seconds. He glares at the boy who came across their table, an awful student. He is accompanied by two other male students whom don't look so thrilled to humiliate Roméo.
