- you flinch during an argument -
"Kyoko! I'm home!" You call out as you open the door to her room, she didn't say hi when you got home from work.
"Hello dear, im finishing up with some work we can talk about our days in a couple minutes."
You, deciding to be annoying, "Kyoko kyoko kyoko kyoko kyoko hey kyoko!"
With slight aggravation she turns to you, "Reader, I will be done in a few minutes." She turns back to her work.
"But Kyokoooooo!" You whine.
She ignores you. "Kyoko pleaseeeee? I'm booooooored!" She ignores you again.
You lay on her bed, staring up at the ceiling. Is she almost dooone? You think to yourself. You start you kick your legs on the bed just to do something.
"Can you stop? Its distracting."
"Sorry."
You wait a few more minutes, "Are you almost doooooooone?" You ask, looking at her with a pout.
"I told you, im almost done. Now stop distracting me."
You lay there for a few *more* minutes. "Uhm... Hey Kyoko..?"
"WHAT?!" Kyoko shouts, turning to you.
"N-nevermind.."
"No no no you have my full attention now."
"Its nothing continue on with your work.."
"So you interrupt me MULTIPLE times, but now it's nothing?!"
"I just feel like you spend more time on work than with me!"
"I told you at the start of the relationship that I would spend as much time with you as I can. Work is very busying."
"You haven't spent an hour with me this week Kyoko! And its already Friday!"
"I told you. I. Am. Busy."
"And?! I am your partner!"
"I dont care! I am very bu- no. I am done. I can not argue with you anymore." She gets up.
"Kyoko!"
"LEAVE ME ALONE!" She slams her fist on her desk. You heavily flinch. "D-did you just flinch?" Kyoko looks at you concerned.
"Im sorry I'm sorry im sorry im sorry..."
"Hey hey hey... Reader.. Calm down..."
"I'm sorry..." Tears start to run down your face.
"Shh shh.. Its not your fault.. I'm sorry, i shouldn't have blown up on you like that."
You curl up into a ball on Kyoko's bed. Kyoko starts walking towards you. "Stay back-!!" You look at her with pure fear. She sits at the end of her bed.
Kyoko's Pov:
Oh god.. Oh no oh no.. "Reader.. Please calm down.. I'm so so sorry... I didn't know you would flinch..."
"Kyoko I'm sorry.. I shouldn't have distracted you.."
"No no no dear... Its my fault.. Do you want a hug?"
Reader nods. Okay.. Good.. They trust me...
"Im sorry dear.. I love you."
"I love you too.."
