George POV

"Tell me exactly what you still remember, even if it's the most unnecessary detail", Nick sat back next to me after handing Clay a cup of tea.
My boyfriend was sitting close to me, his arm wrapped around mine. It was like he had missed me for months and didn't want to let go anymore. Cute.

"Not much. But more than George, since he got intoxicated earlier than me", Clay started talking, "Alright, I'll start at the beginning...George was already drunk because of drinking different types of alcohol. Then some random guy came to us and offered George simple coke. Well, turned out it was not only coke, it was mixed with Everclear Grain-"

"Everclear Grain???", Nick immediately tensed, "Isn't that this 90% alcohol?"
"95%", Clay corrected him.
"Shit", Nick seemed to be quite focused, continuing to listen to Clay.
"So, within the next minute, he was totally knocked out. He was acting drunk as fuck and said dumb shit and stuff, and eventually just fainted and fell to the floor. Me and Ruby brought him upstairs and-"

Suddenly Clay froze.
"What?", I glanced at him confused.
"Wait....okay, lemme continue, I have a clue I think...so, anyway, we brought him upstairs to Ruby's room and put him on the bed. When he woke up, he kept on acting drunk. Inaudible sentence, stupid facial expressions and you know. Ruby took care of him while I went downstairs to get this guy and teach him a lesson, but I couldn't find him anywhere. So I went to the drinks and poured myself some whiskey."

"So, Ruby was with him alone upstairs?", Nick asked, throwing me a glance.
"Yes", Clay confirmed.
"Okay. Continue please."
"Eventually Floris came to me. He said he wanted to have a drink with me as some kind of goodbye and after it, he would leave me alone forever", he looked at us with an ironic expression, probably showing what he was thinking about it. 'Yeah, sure. You can imagine that I wasn't trusting it.'

"I agreed, and as he poured the drinks, a random guy came up to me, pretending he'd know me. It was a distraction, I just hadn't thought about it at that point. So, I got intoxicated with Everclear Grain as well. That's what I remember from being sober", he put his last words.

"Okay. George, tell him what you told me you remember", Nick nodded at me.
"Uhm...", I thought about how to word it, "...I remember the feeling of being horny. I also remember screaming your name and hearing you scream mine as well."

"What? I remember the exact same thing!", Clay widened his eyes at me, "Do you think we had sex?"
"Well, I thought about it at first, but...", I recalled the needed memory as best I could, "I also remember the some other weird feeling. Like, I was hating Ruby...I don't know, I hated someone, but it gives me the vibe of Ruby. And I felt forced into something, but I can't...ugh, I hate not being able to remember..."

"So, you both felt horny and screamed each other's names?", Nick asked.
As Clay and I both nodded as response, he sighed, continuing the, like it felt, interrogation: "Clay, you don't remember anything else? A sight, a feeling, a vibe?"
"No, but I have the bad feeling Ruby has something to do with it. She was with George upstairs alone. There has to be a connection", he looked like his brain was about to explode.

"Alright", Nick stood up, beginning to walk around in the living room, "Following hypothesis. George got intoxicated and then left alone with Ruby. Clay got intoxicated by Floris. Floris tried to hit on Clay and Ruby tried to hit on George-"
"I'm not sure if that would be something Ruby would be up to", I cut him off, frowning.
"Let him continue", Clay's glance showed he was interested in Nick's assumption.

"You both fell for it, explaining the horny feeling. One of you could tear away from the illusion earlier and began screaming for the other one. I assume George, since he said he had a forced and negative feeling. Clay heard him screaming and made himself on his way to find George. The rest would be proved", he clapped his hands like the case would be solved.

"How's the rest proved?", Clay frowned, me copying his expression.
"I found you two. Well, I found Clay. Floris had his arms wrapped around him, covering his mouth with one hand. Didn't look that nice to me if you'd ask me. I stopped Floris, then found George, not even two corners around, and took care of you", Nick explained.

"Wait, why were you even there?", Clay frowned even harder, confusion written over his face.
"You texted me where you were going, remember?", he raised his eyebrows at Clay, "I didn't trust it just as much as you, so I decided to check it out."
Clay threw Nick a glance, something like he'd never been happier to have him as a friend.

"That's a hypothesis guys, we don't have proof for those assumptions", I spoke the facts.
"That's true...", Clay looked thinking, "But we at least have to find proof for the Everclear Grain. It's dangerous alcohol and even worse is that they put it there without a fucking label. That has to go to the police, come on."

"You're right. And also if my assumption is true, raping is also illegal. You are perfectly permitted to report the two of them for sexual assault", Nick said.
"How are we gonna prove any of this though?", I asked, technically repeating myself.
"Maybe I can prove the Everclear Grain. You two can make an alcohol test. The alcohol should still be in your blood. And also, I didn't came alone. How would I have been able to get two grown up men out of that house? It's not bad to be friends with some muscular rugby players", Nick winked at Clay, "Really glad I joined.

After a cute giggle of Clay, Nick continued: "I had asked one of them to record some areas in the house for proof if we might need some. Maybe there's the Everclear Grain seen?"
"You're a genius!", Clay stood up, giving him one of those bro handshakes, you know.

"Since some time I want to become a detective after my graduation, because I think I'm kinda good at that stuff, which is why you two", Nick leaned to us and blinked at Clay and me in turn, "-are gonna have a little talk later."
Confused Clay and I exchanged looks of confusion and fear.
"Anyways", Nick kept on talking, getting our attention on the topic back, "I have the video right here on my phone. We'll just have to look for the drink, hope we'll find it and then get to the police. We can explain everything and we're gonna find a solution."

"What of...the drink isn't on the video?", I asked.
"We're going to find a way George, I promise. Floris and Ruby, at least Floris for sure, did something to you and they won't run away with impunity."
As Nick grabbed his phone, sitting back down to us, he started playing the video, his eyes deeply focused.

"Hey, what did you mean with...Clay and I need to have a talk?", I whispered.
"Later George."
