Chapter 3 You Will Never Leave Me (3)

Once they got to the castle, the three servants go to work as Cale headed to his bedroom to make some letters with embroidery. The sun starts to let the moon grace the sky before Hans, who now has blood-red hair, walks in with Ron. Cale sighs at the sight of Hans as he had not realized that Hans looks so similar to him as they are close to the same height; Hans is just half a centimeter taller. Cale takes out the paper with their plan written on it and lays it in front of the red-head butler.

"Now, we should get ready to start this plan. Change into an outfit in the closet. Also, grab some healing potions. I only got the highest grade so you will be fine with the stab wound."

Hans nods and grabs a simple yet expensive outfit from Cale's closet before heading to change. Ron and Beacrox are the next ones to come in, beacrox wearing his usual attire while Ron was holding a black outfit for assassins including the mask. Cale nods at the both of them as they read over the paper again as he hands Ron a few daggers that are much lighter than the daggers that he uses to kill.

"These daggers are mainly for distractions as they have a difficult time killing the opponent. Use these instead of the daggers you are going to use since these are incredibly common. Hans is also changing, so when he is done, you can change."

Ron nods as he pockets the new daggers as Hans walks out, looking uncannily similar to Cale causes the true red-head to shiver. Beacrox tends to Hans' hair as Cale helps with the contacts, yet he notices the presence of foundation that covers the slightly older hyung's face and neck area but continues to help disguise Hans as himself. After a few minutes of working, Hans looks exactly like Cale, as Ron changes into his uniform so that no one else can recognize him. Cale groans while watching Beacrox head out with Hans to their area. They unknowingly bumped into Basen on their way and decided to chat about a topic with them, as Ron stands there waiting for the right time.

"Remember, aim for the upper stomach. We are not trying to kill Hans or put him through so much pain. After this, we will have to find a body to use in his place for the funeral."

Ron nods as he bows and leaves the room with Cale dressed in a cloak covering every inch of his body. They both go to their positions, Ron sitting in a nearby tree watching Hans and Beacrox through the window as Cale is under the same tree watching. Soon, it was time as Hans sent the signal. Ron jumps through the window, causing a loud explosion-like noise, Cale runs towards a window nearby to watch everything before heading to a spot where the four of them agreed to meet up. Ron expertly throws his dagger at Hans, successfully landing a hit but it is not the target, that covers Basen from being hurt. Beacrox rushes forward as Ron jumps out of the window and down onto the street below. He then dashes out to the garden nearby Cale's room. Ron will then jump into Cale's room to change before heading back to the accident area. Beacrox holds the now bleeding Hans, who has some blood staining on what used to be a pure white shirt making Beacrox notice something odd about how Hans is acting. Hans motions for Basen, which was crying nearby, and hands him a pen as a last gift as multiple butlers and maids rush towards the group. Basen takes the pen as he kneels next to the laying red-head.

"Basen, take care of the family and county while I'm gone. There is another gift. The one for Lily is in my room."

Hans takes in a deep breath while clutching where the blade is, acting like he was in so much pain from the dagger. Hans lowly cusses before grabbing the dagger's handle. Those watching flinch while seeing the crimson-haired male shake from the pain before the young man tries to take it out. Beacrox makes him keep the blade in as the younger one starts coughing up blood. Cale quickly turns hurridly and leaves to the spot while slightly shaking. His mind runs through so many situations in which he loses Hans in which the dagger hits the place where his left lung is. Cale meets Choi Han, who was walking to the tea shop they were in earlier. Cale bumps into him having him fall. Cale is not focused on anything in his surroundings as his mind only flashes through all the traumatizing memories of losing everyone. Choi Han, who notices his shocked body, kneels to the man and helps him back up before looking him over.
