I was about to walk back to the stands, when out of nowhere, a hand came out from behind me, and grabbed my shoulder. I grabbed the wrist, backed into the body of whoever this was, and used all my strength to throw them over my head. I looked down at the person, to find out that it was Ben, or was it Bob? Crap. Was it Billy? I don't know....

My eyes widened, I started to feel a little guilty, he looked like he was being a little too dramatic, but it seems like that's just in his nature.

"Water man down! I repeat! Water man down!" He started yelling, yup, definitely a natural born drama king.

I just started to back away, not wanting to get into any kind of conversation with this weird, creepy, jerk face.

"Wait! I came to bring you, to the front. Duncan says, there's an extra spot on the bench, for you." He sounded out of breath, and a little bit pained, well, that's what he gets for scaring the crud out of me.

I nod slowly, then follow him back through a weird single door that leads into a huge, and I mean huge, arena. There's so many people yelling and screaming and talking, it's deafening.

"Straight over here!" Bobby yells, over the noise, then takes me over to a bench that is placed in front of a cage, with the numbers 257 on it.

"Thanks, Brad." Duncan mutters, while looking at a clip board, then gestures for me to sit on the bench.

So that's his name! Brad. Hah, I knew that.

I went over and sat on the bench waiting for the match to start, when I looked out of the corner of my eye, and saw Dean walk into the room with his sport shorts on, and nothing else. My heart fluttered slightly, and I blushed a little, looking away and trying to focus on how interesting my boots were.

I felt him come up behind me and put his hand on my back while he talked to Duncan, and then, the crowd started getting really loud, roaring, like fifty high pitched lions.

Looking over my shoulder, trying to find what they're going crazy over, I found the culprit, I think his name was like, I don't know, Grant, maybe? I don't really remember.

I decided to ask Dean, so I put my hand on his arm, getting his attention instantly, his head turned to look in my direction, and his eyes held a look of concern.

"Yes, Li?"

I blushed at his nickname, then pointed at his opponent, hoping he'd understand what I was asking.

"That's Gregory Davids, the guy I'll be fighting tonight."

I nodded, knowingly, then stood up and hugged his side, while Duncan talked about strategy, and weaknesses.

He smiled and pulled me into his side while rubbing circles into my back with his thumb, making goosebumps appear on my arms, causing me to shiver slightly, I could imagine the smirk on his face, as he chuckled at my reaction.

After they went over everything, Duncan went to talk to the judges and referee, so I helped Dean get his gloves on and gave him water. Apparently, Gatorade messes with his head when he's in a match.

"What's your favorite color?" Dean asked, while I was lacing up his right hand glove.

"Purple, and maroon. What's yours?"

"Rust, and grey."

"That was a random question, what made you think to ask?" I inquire.

"I want to learn more about you, I want to know everything about you, everything that makes you happy, that makes you sad, angry, everything. You're important to me, and I want to understand you and be there for you."
