The next morning, Katsuki feels refreshed. He had never felt this way before for a long time. He feels like something good will happen today or maybe the next day. Whatever it is, he is sure that Izuku will definitely be involve. He didn't realize this before, but the moment he stopped denying his true feelings for Izuku, he is more at peace whenever the green bean is around him. He is not irritated, annoyed, mad and tense. He just feels happy that he can stay by his side all the time and he can make him laugh and smile by doing simple things.
"Kacchan, did something good happened? You look so happy!" Izuku asked him rather loudly that's why the other extras are now looking at him. Observing him as if he is not the same person they know.
"Happy? What do you mean by that Midobabe? Bakubabe looks like he is gonna kill anyone right now and you're saying that he is happy?" Mina said in disbelief.
Katsuki just sigh. As expected, Deku is the one who can see through his angry façade. He knows the emotions that is hiding beneath the tough surface he always shows.
"Ashido-san, you should look carefully. Although Kacchan always looks mad, it doesn't mean that he is really mad. There are times that he is amazed, happy or just being emotionless. His expression didn't change no matter what he feels because his angry face is his default face." Izuku explained and everyone is dumbfounded.
'Default face? Is that even a thing?'
"Midoriya is right. We don't know but Bakugo really got that face every day." Everyone sweat drop. They didn't even expect that Todoroki will agree with Izuku. They even think that maybe because they are friends that's why.
Another thing that confuses them is that Katsuki is just silent this whole time. His expression didn't change but he is not shouting like he usually does. Could it be that Midoriya is actually right? Is he really happy right now?
"Bakubae, you look different today. Don't tell me~, you're in love?" Mina teased him while Sero is praying for Mina's life.
Katsuki was caught off guard and his eyes suddenly went wide but he compose himself so nobody notice except Izuku. This makes Izuku feels uneasy.
'Is Kacchan really In love? To whom?'
"Shut up Pinky!" Katsuki snarled at her.
"Okay, okay. Jeez, no need to get mad, unless...what I am saying is true." She said then wink at him. She then runaway afterwards.
The class just laugh at their antics but not Izuku. He keeps on thinking if Kacchan is really in love. What if he is really in love with someone else? What would happen to him? Would it be okay for him? Of course not! It's not okay! It will never be okay for him if Kacchan is in love with someone else. That would definitely break his heart. To think that the person you like, like someone else. That's torture.
Nobody notice but Todoroki did. He saw how Izuku's expression change the moment he hears that Bakugo might be in love. He then sigh. This couple is making them suffer due to slowburn and now he feels like his brain is gonna explode upon witnessing how dense his friend can be.
'Both of them are hopeless and dense as f-ck'
'I can't take this anymore. Someone from them need to confess. It didn't matter if it is Bakugo or Midoriya, as long as someone confess and they won't suffer anymore. And us too.'
