- Vichy France takes control of all the occupied French territory by the Germans
- Scotland and Northern Ireland are granted more autonomy
- British and Allies are granted free access to the Suez canal
- Netherlands mainland becomes German Netherlands (German colony)
- Belgium becomes German Belgium (Germany colony)
- Belgian Congo is annexed MittleAfrika (German colony)
