Shikamaru x Reader
You were laying in a meadow reading your favorite book, the sun beating down on your skin. You sigh happily, absorbing the moment when a shadow covers your body. Moving the book you see Shikamaru Nara. You smile up at him. "Hi Shikamaru!" you say excitedly, slipping your book into your pocket. "(y/n), I'm glad your here" He says with a lazy smile on his face as he lays beside you, watching the clouds. You watch him for a moment, admiring the serene look on his face before you join him, looking at the clouds floating in the blue sky. After a while of staring at the clouds you feel a hand on your shoulder. You look over at Shikamaru, scooting closer, into his arms. Before long, you drift off to sleep, Shikamaru holding you the whole time.
