Henry: Hoist the anchor, and make ready to set sail! On the double men.
Anamaria: You heard the Captain, move it, you Dibbies!
Will is then seen quietly talking to Chad, and Isabelle.
Will: Why is he so cross?
Isabelle: Because you made a deal with a devil.
She glances at Will before joining the crew to help get the ship sailing. Chad then walked up to the helm where Anamaria was.
They then found a ship beached on an island sometime later.

Henry: What have you gotten yourself into this time, Jack. Lower the boat, Isabelle, Will, and I will go ashore. Anamaria, Chad take care of my ship.
Both: Aye, Captain.
The three of them were then seen approaching the beach. As they hit the beach they noticed there was no one there.
They walk alongside the Black Pearl, which is tied with ropes to stakes in the sand.
Will: Jack! Jack Sparrow!
He called out but there was no answer.
Will: Marty! Cotton! Anybody?
Henry: I don't like this one bit.
Isabelle: Eerie, isn't it?
They began to wander into the palm jungle bordering the beach.
Cotton's parrot flutters up and lands atop a palm stump.
Parrot: Awk!
Will: Ah! A familiar face!
Parrot: Rawk! Don't eat me!
Will: We're not gonna eat you.
Henry: Will, something isn't right.
Will: I need to find Jack. Stay here if you want.
Parrot: Don't eat me! No! Don't eat me! Akkk!

Will finds Gibbs' husk canteen hanging on a plant, trailing a long string

Will then follows the string attached to the canteen, over toward a large tree. Just then human eyes open in the background, from a man camouflaged against a nearby tree. The camouflaged cannibal shouts and jumps out from the tree at Will. Will is then yanked back by a snare, and dangles upside-down from a rope
