Something long and soft drags across my face. The feather-like feeling wakes me from my slumber. When my eyes finally open I see a furry orange tail on my face making me feel confused.

"Ah! What the fuck!?" I yell quickly sitting up. My sudden movement scares off the orange creature that was laying on my upper body.

Where am i?

After coming back to my senses I notice the color red invades the unfamiliar room, the smell is different, the placements of the beds are not the ones I am so used to and I most definitely do not know that cat.

"You're awake." A voice out of no where speaks, slightly making me jump. "Sorry for startling you."

"Uh, ho-how did I get here? Wait no, why am I here?" I ask the brunette girl I recently got to know.

Hermione closes her book as she walks from the bed she was previously on to the one I'm currently sitting on.

"How much do you remember?" She questions me now sitting in front of me on the bed.

"Not much, good lord I should be dead with the amount of alcohol I consumed, I feel like my body is dying." I let out. The harsh feeling of a hangover now present throughout my entire vessel.

"Right, of course." She chuckles a bit. "Well after dancing a good amount, Cormac came to talk to you, then he.....tried to....take you to his bedroom.....without your consent it seemed. I stopped him and you passed out, so I brought you here." Her seriousness returns.

I close my eyes trying to process the information I've just been told. "Oh, thank you for saving me. I should really kick his ass for doing that, what a dick." Anger makes it way through me as I think of ways to torture him.

"It's already been done, no worries." She reassures me with a small smile.

"Really? By who?" I wonder. "Don't worry about that. You must be feeling atrocious with all the drinking that happened last night, I left a potion on my bed side table for you to drink, you'll be up and about in just a couple hours." She explains. I turn my head to the said bedside table to find a steaming potion laying perfectly on top of it.

"Thanks, really, I owe you Hermione." I express my gratitude towards her laying a hand on one of her own.

A hint of a blush reddens her face. Her facial expression changes when she looks down at our hands. "I-it's no problem." She stutters. Her other hand resting on top of mine with her thumb rubbing circles on my skin.

A moment of silence passes before being interrupted. "You saw everything going on between me and Cormac, which means you were watching me." I tease her with a smirk. Her eyes widen and our hands disconnect. "I was just....everyone could have seen that interaction but I was the only sober mind it seems, I noticed it and immediately knew what was happening." She explains to me.

"Yeah, I'm not so sure I believe you stalker." I say which earns me a slap on the shoulder.

"I am not a stalker." The Gryffindor narrows her eyes at me. I raise an eyebrow in defiance. "Whatever, at least I didn't fall off a table in front of everyone."

"Wait what?"

"Oh yeah, you danced on a table drunk of course and then fell off. Highlight of the night honestly." She laughs.

"Man I swore I wouldn't do that anymore, I can't believe it happened again." I huff exhausted and still feeling the consequences of the previous night.

As if she read my mind she hands me the potion carefully. "Drink it, you'll feel better." I nod doing what I'm told. I cringe as I swallow the horrid tasting potion down my throat. I stop mid-glass and hand it to her. "All of it." She says sternly. I sigh doing once again what I'm told.
