Chapter 07

Aurelia's POV
Because I don't like Bella or really pay attention to her life anymore I'm going to sum up what happened.

Summer came, and I installed iron bars on my bedroom windows to keep lover boy out. Bella threw a fit at that.

After summer was Bella's 18th birthday, and Edward dumped and left her the entire family moved. Now she's been throwing tantrums, acting depressed, and tried to fake nightmares. I exposed her on the nightmares and Charlie became pissed. We had a confrontation where we outright told her to get her act together or we'd send her either to her mother's or to a mental institution.

That seemed to knock some sense into her.

She tried hanging out with Jacob, but he recently started shifting and imprinted on Emily(like we all knew he would 😏). Yes, I know about the shapeshifters, and in turn about the Cold Ones.

Perks of being on the council.

The Cullens (aside from Alice and Edward) still keep in touch with me. On the council I'm basically the neutral standing messenger. Like Hermione when Ron and Harry were fighting in the Goblet of Fire.

Anyway, Bella's developed an obsession with Jake which is disgusting because he's literally a child, but I digress. That actually brings us now.

Bella woke up early this fine Sunday morning and got into her truck and drove towards La Push with a crazed look in her eyes. Charlie got called in and Cora was at the diner with a plumber since the dishwasher is leaking, so it was just me and the triplets. We exchanged looks before we all ran out to my Jeep.

We followed Bella all the way to Jake's house. Where she proceeded to bang on the door, and when Billy answered..........

She knocked his wheelchair over!

We all got out and ran to help Aunt Sarah with Billy. Bella had bolted in and was now being yelled at by Rachel and Rebecca. I stormed up to Bella and proceeded to drag her out the house by her arm. I dragged her to her truck. I threw I her against the door "What the actual fuck is wrong with you?!" I yelled.

Bella glared at me and snapped "Well of all of you would stop meddling in my love life it wouldn't be like this!" "What the hell is wrong with you?! Edward dumped you and left you! Jacob just turned 16! And he's dating Emily! Maybe we wouldn't meddle in your so-called 'love life' if you weren't stalking and harassing an underaged boy because your upset over some douche bag who left you for dead in the woods!"

My face suddenly swung to the left and I heard gasps. My cheek stung where Bella had slapped me, and I instinctively raised my hand to it "You're wrong! Jake is in love with me! Emma or whatever her name is, is the stalker! You're all just keeping us apart!" I turned my head to her stunned. Fortunately before I could get angry Sam walked over and gently pushed me towards my younger siblings. Thalia immediately embraced me which helped calm me down.

Sam then tried to speak to Bella but she cut him off "What did you do to him?!" She demanded "What did we do?" Paul scoffs amused Bella doesn't like his mocking attitude and decides to slap Paul! My eyes widened and I immediately usher my siblings back to the car. Jared backs Aunt Sarah, Rachel, and Rebecca into the house while Sam and Jake tense readying themselves to do damage control "Bella, back up now!" Sam orders.

Bella seems to understand that she just placed herself in danger and starts backing away just in time for Paul to morph into a wolf.

Bella bolts away and Paul gives chase. Sam and Jacob morph into wolves as well and chase after them. Embry jogs over and says "We're all headed to Leah's, you going?" I nodded "Yeah, you need a lift?" He nods before climbing into the back.

I drove there and upon arriving I see Quil sitting with Claire and making goo-goo eyes at her, much to Emily's annoyance, and Seth is anxiously fiddling with an oversized shirt that no doubt belongs to either Jake or Sam. I smile and walk over "Seth! Did you shift this morning, sweet face?" He looks up and nods "Yeah! I-" he's cut off when his eyes lock on someone in the room.

I turn around to see Thalia....

I smirk and yell out "Leah! You owe me $20!" "Are you kidding me?!" Leah yells before she walks out with another female following her. I stare at her in confusion "Who's this?" Leah huffs, annoyed that she lost the bet before turning to the other female and saying "This is Kim-" "My imprint!" Embry cuts Leah off. Embry beams at Kim who smiles shyly as he comes over and hugs her happily.

I chuckled and said "I'm Aurelia. Nice to meet you. Sorry we didn't meet sooner, I got busy with college and my nosey stepsister" "Step cousins actually. You're not really Cora's daughter" I groaned and turned to see a haphazard looking Bella strut in with the biggest smirk on her face.

"What is she doing here?" I ask Sam, annoyed. Sam sighed and says "She knows, Aurelia. We're going to have a trial tonight to decide what to do with her" "Hey! Don't talk about me like I'm not here!" We all look at her with bland annoyed looks that she ignores as she continues with her delusional ass "And why do I need to stand trial? I'm Jake's soulmate!"

I gag in disgust and so does Jake. Everyone else laughs, both at our reactions and Bella's stupidity. "You are not my soulmate, Bella. Emily is" Jake says as he walks over to Emily and wraps his arms around her waist. Emily leans into his touch and Bella and I watch as all the wolves go to their imprint's side.

Bella looks shocked. The only single people in the room are me, Phoebe, Damon, and Bella.

I turn to her and say "The reason that you're standing trial is because you're an outsider who knows our secret. Now we have to figure out what to do with you. My vote is the asylum" I hear a few murmurs of agreement. Bella bursts into tears and runs off.

This makes Sam and Jake groan as they now have to catch her again.
