Y/N POV

"I have no idea why Chel would want to meet me at a cafe when she could have easily come over. If this is about another crush she's having then I'm going to give her a good earful."

You reached the café, you have been here just a few times before. The outside was wooden and there were flowerpots on either side of the door with a small board displaying the menu along with the 'special item of the day.'

I guess they have separate special food items for each day, I wonder if there's a schedule or it's random.

As you stepped inside, you were welcomed by the fresh and delicious aroma of freshly baked cookies and cakes and coffee in the air. You felt like you were pulled by the aroma just like how they depict in cartoons. Just like the name suggested, the interior of the café gave very warm vibes, the aesthetics were really warm and wholesome.

Why haven't I visited this often? I'm gonna tell Jennie about this and come here with her sometime.

You took a seat near the window, looking outside from the huge glass window. The weather was quite warm that day, but not the kind that would be uncomfortable. You could see people taking a walk, small children cycling, people walking their pets and more such things. Evenings are really made for leisure.

"Ma'am, can I get you something?" the waitress brought you out of your thoughts.

"One cappuccino please." you didn't want to wait for Chelsea to order something now, you were really wanting to indulge yourself in that delicious aroma.

Maybe I'll order some pastries when she arrives.

You had started getting impatient and irritated and took your phone to call Chelsea to check just how long is it going to take her when you noticed two figures entering the café.

You recognized one of them, it was Josh, and the other one you assumed to be his friend.

You felt annoyance crawl back to you as soon as you spotted Josh.

I know it cannot be undone now, but I am not going to invalidate my anger and feelings. You thought.

But something else, someone else grabbed your attention. The person next to Josh. He was quite tall, a little taller than Josh himself, had sleek blonde hair with few locks falling on his forehead. He was wearing jeans with a black sweater with cute prints and what seemed like a striped turtleneck beneath.

HE LOOKED GORGEOUS

You calmed your composure as you saw them approaching you.

YEONJUN POV

How come I have never been here, this place has a really good vibe. The name of the café is just on cue.

"Dude do you have to look real good each time you step out? That's right, tryna impress girls I see" Josh said wiggling his eyebrows.

"What do you mean each time I step out, I look good even when I'm home" I laughed.

As soon as we opened the door we were met with this delicious aroma after which I made a mental note to visit here often and eat everything that's on the menu.

The 'special item of the day' was blueberry cheesecake, I decided to give it a try after the ticket thing was done.

"Oh there she is!" Josh said pointing to a girl sitting near the window sipping on her cappuccino. She was wearing a brownish oversized light sweater that just screamed 'comfortable' and jeans. She had short hair that set neatly on her shoulders and wore glasses that made her look... rather cute.
