The next day

Y/N POV

"Wake uppppp sleepy head and SPILL!" Jennie half-screamed with a pillow in her hands ready to attack her best friend from her deep sleep.

Hmm this wasn't part of any lyrics

"Just how much longer are you going to sleep for?" Jennie asked.

What song is this..?

*thump!*

Jennie had enough and her patience was running out, she did what she thought could wake Y/N up, she hit her with the pillow.

"Ow! What are you doing? Why are you hitting me?" Y/N yawned.

"C'mon I've been here since ages now, get up and tell me all about the concert!"

The moment she heard this, Y/N's eyes shot open and she went from a sleepy person to a very energetic one in a matter of seconds.

"Oh right!!! So listen up I have just SO MUCH to tell you!" Y/N couldn't keep calm.

"I'm so glad you had fun and enjoyed yourself!" Jennie smiled, now laying beside Y/N.
Both of them were now laying down lazily on the bed with snacks after Y/N had narrated her whole experience whilst getting fresh.

"Mm-hmm. I'm happy."

"I know right? Now get going." Jennie seemed to have other plans.

"Huh?"

"Go to your cousin's place of course!"

"For?"
Y/N hadn't expected Jennie to still hang onto what she had earlier said.

"To make-out with that hot roommate of your cousin's" she smirked.

"First of all, I am NOT going to make-out with him," Y/N continued, "and second, I didn't even say he's hot, you keep on adding your own adjectives." She laughed.

"So you're saying he's not hot?" Jennie raised her eyebrows.

Uh-oh
Now that I think of it, he is hot.
Y/N's ears and cheeks heated up again.

"Uh I don't mean that, it-it's just---"

Y/N wiped her hands on her apron which were already almost dirty with flour, cocoa powder and other ingredients after she had put the cupcakes in the oven to bake.

She had decided to take a few freshly baked cupcakes to Josh's apartment as a 'thank you.'

And the cupcakes were ready!

"Mmm they smell good!" Y/N stated while packing them nicely in a box.
She put a few aside for Jennie to be picked up later as she had to leave early for some work.

"Mom! I'm leaving for Josh's." Y/N informed her mother as she put on her shoes at the door.

"Alright! Bye sweetie!"

"Bye mom!"

Later, at Josh's apartment

*ding dong*

Y/N waited for the door to open. She was wearing a rather comfortable outfit right now. A green sweatshirt with off-white pants, and sneakers.

Josh opened the door about 3 seconds later, "oh hey! What's my not-so-angry-anymore little sister doing here?"
