6. After the dust settles.

Time Skip: 4 weeks

It's been about 4 weeks since the finale. And these past two weeks were filled with contestant interviews. The hot topic or to be precise, the only topic in these interviews was "Munjali". Media had figured out what was selling and tried to capitalise on it. Nearly all the other contestants gave outrageous statements regarding Munawar Anjali bond and questioned it's authenticity.  It was weird to see how other contestants were so jealous about something that didn't concern them at all. 

Munawar was extremely busy, since coming out of LU. Despite having multiple projects lined up, he stayed true to his craft i.e. Stand up comedy. He did multiple sold out stand up shows, he also did some trial shows and open mics to test new material. He also released 1 Music Video with a big label and had collaborated with multiple celebrities for it's promotion. Apart from all that he promised his fans that 2 new songs of his will be coming out next week. But it was not all smooth sailing for Munawar. Due to some unfortunate circumstances one of his projects (KKK) didn't materialize. Initially he was sad about it, but later he realised that maybe god has a better plan. And he will probably will be more prepared for the show next season after learning driving and swimming.

Anjali had a short vacation with family and friends. Then she was busy with moving to Mumbai. Because of such personal commitments she hadn't done much work professionally, or interacted with fans. But now that she had completed the move she was ready to focus on her career.

Munawar Pov:

He saw his phone blowing up a while back, but he was a bit busy then so he couldn't check. Now he picked up his phone and saw that there were a lot of notifications. Ali had created a group called Team Hydra and added all the 4 members.

In group Chat:

Ali: Hi guys!!! I am planning a small get together when are u guys available this week.

Zeeshan: I am only available today. Is today possible? I will be going out of town for a shoot tomorrow. will be back only next week.

Ali: Yea I can do tonight! What about u guys? @munawar and @anjali .

Munawar: Yea I can do tonight as well.  As u guys know I have some free time now.🤣

Ali: 🤣🤣. Yea whole country knows about it. @anjali, what about you? Are you free tonight?

Everyone could see that Anjali was typing something for a while now but she was not sending any message. Munawar got a bit restless so he messaged.

Munawar: Arey guys I know her well I can guess what she will message. " Anjali : I also free".

Zeeshan: 🤣🤣🤣

Ali:🤣🤣🤣🤣

Anjali : @munawar Kutta.  But yea I am also free.

Ali: ok great! It's decided then. Let's meet at 7. I will send the address of the place

Anjali Pov:

It was pretty hectic to move from Delhi to Mumbai. But I have finally completed the move. I am a bit nervous as I will be away from my family and friends, but I am also very excited about my future. I have a lot of interesting projects lined up which were pretty different from the stuff I used to do. And I also hope that I can make new friends or better rekindle my friendships with existing ones.

Suddenly I was alarmed by my phone's notification. It was Ali, he created a Team Hydra group. Though I was a bit happy about this, it also made me a bit nervous. I haven't talked much with Munawar after the show. I know he is very busy and probably it is nothing, but still I was unsure and like always I had overthought and convinced myself that he no longer wanted to be my friend. Thus I was hesitant to message in the group. Ali was planning for a get together tonight, I didn't want to message before Munawar so I was waiting for him to reply.

Munawar messaged that he was free. He didn't seem much different from his usual self. I knew he was a little bit low when KKK got cancelled, but it was good to see that he is fine. Now only I was left to message. I wasn't sure whether I should just say I am available or first ask them how they were. I was just thinking and boom there was a reply from Munawar. As usual he was teasing me. But it was nice, it made the whole group comfortable and we also had a great laugh. I was excited to meet my friends tonight.

7:00 at the party:

Ali, Zeeshan and Anjali had arrived. But Munawar was not there yet.

Ali: Yea no surprises on guessing who is late.

Zeeshan: Let me call him and check.

Zeeshan on phone: Hey Munawar! Where are you?...... Ok..... what?....who? ....yea ok see you soon.

Anjali: What did he say?

Zeeshan: He will be here in few minutes. He also said he is bringing someone. but he didn't say who? he mentioned it was a surprise.

Ali: What surprise? We all know who it is? He always does this faltu build up.

Guys sorry for leaving those last 2 chapters like that. But like I said those were filler chapters So I didn't really want to focus on them.

I have intentionally avoided mentioning many details which may cause some negativity.

Do u guys like when same situation u get POV of both the people or does it feel repetitive? Please let me know

Originally I had planned to write at least for a month, but now I am not sure. I lack motivation and anyways not many people are engaged anymore. So currently I plan to move a lot faster and give closure in a week.
