"Chan, can we go to our spot?" Minho asked once the older sat down next to him on the bus.

This was the first time Chan had seen him since they kissed so Chan was quite surprised that he didn't even receive a "hi."

"Yeah sure," he said with a smile as he grabbed Minho's hand, smiling even more at the fact that underneath the sleeve of his hoodie was his soulmate tattoo that Chan was now fully aware of. "Why weren't you at school yesterday though?"

"I told you we would get sick if we went in the rain like that," Minho said, trying to laugh it off as if it weren't a big deal.

"You got sick? I'm sorry."

"It's okay, it was still a lot of fun" Minho replied, showing a small smile before leaning his head onto Chan's shoulder since he felt exhausted.

"I actually wanted to tell you something," Chan said with a smile once they sat down and he grabbed Minho's arm and held it in his lap.

"Can I ask you something first?"

"Of course," The older replied, not thinking it could possibly be anything bad considering what had happened last time they were together.

"If someone's soulmate had to go on a trip somewhere in like a month but they weren't allowed to bring their soulmate with them...or they could basically, take a chance at winning the lottery, which is really really small so that they could win and stay forever...However, if they don't win, they would have to leave even sooner, which one do you think they should choose?"

"Well...I think if someone were in that situation they should at least take the chance of being able to spend forever with their soulmate. I would for you."

"But what if they don't win the lottery and they have to leave even sooner?"

"Then at least their soulmate tried to spend forever with them," Chan explained his reasoning. "Why are you asking stuff like that?"

"I'm just curious. It was a random question that came to mind."

"Don't ask stuff like that, you aren't allowed to go anywhere," Chan replied half-jokingly as he wrapped his arms around Minho and quickly kissed a spot on his neck.

"What if that person hadn't told their soulmate that they are soulmates yet? Should they? Or should they just let their soulmate live life normally since they are most likely going to have to leave soon anyway," Minho asked and he knew Chan had to be becoming suspicious but at the moment, he just wanted answers.

He was scared that maybe he had been going about the situation wrongly the entire time because all he wanted to do at the moment was kiss Chan again.

Yet at the same time, that felt selfish.

"If it were me, I would want my soulmate to tell me even if he did have to leave so that we could make the most of it in whatever time we had left," Chan said as he turned to face Minho, cupping his face with his hand so the younger would look at him. "But Min, these questions are really starting to freak me out."
