Eula's POV

"The number you have dialed is out of reach." I shut my phone for the nth time.

Suho hasn't been answering my calls and text messages. Even Luna's number is out of reach. I can't believe I completely forgot about Ms. Kim's daughter. Not that my memory is my best asset but... If I remembered her, I shouldn't have agreed to stay.

Because I love him.

I slapped myself and it hurt. So I'm not dreaming. That really came out of my mouth and told Suho. And then I kissed Kai a while ago. Oh my goodness. I just dug myself a grave.

Beep!

I immediately checked my phone for the text message, thinking it's from Suho. But it turns out it is from Kai.

Kai: Hi, Eula. I'm just wondering if you're free tonight? :)

I smiled at the smiley. I didn't know guys knew how to use those because I don't. haha

Eula: Gotta check with the deer first. What's up?

Kai: You really call him a deer?? Ur really cute.Uhm. Can I ask you out on a date? (

Oh God. This is it. my grave. Say no, Eula. Say no.

Eula: Okay. But I can't promise. You know how it is with him.

Kai: Yes! It's okay. But I'm happy you said okay.

Eula: You got me at the smiley, kid.

Kai: haha. Really.. here you go. :) :) :) 3 so I'll get you completely. :)

"Crazy." I mumbled, shaking my head. It's just a date and I owe the kid.

Just when I put my phone down, I heard a light knock on my door. I checked my clock and it says 12:06 am. Who could possibly be knocking on my door? A ghost or a serial killer? I waited for the knock again but it didn't come. Maybe I just imagined it.

"Yah, duck-I mean Eula. Open up." Luhan's loud voice and heavy knock scared the hell out of me.

I close my eyes for a while, wishing that if I did, he'll disappear. But he did not. He kept knocking making me go insane. I jumped out of bed and opened the door to end it.

"What? I thought you never knock?" I said a little annoyed.

"I-I wanna knock today." Luhan's voice cracked a little so he had to clear his throat.

"What do you want?" I mellowed down a bit when I saw him go uneasy. Don't ask me, I'm as confused as Lay is in this house.

"Your day off is done so... Where did you go last night?" With this, he looked into my eyes in a sort of concerned way.

I couldn't help but notice the strangeness of what's happening. First, he didn't scold me when he saw me with Sehun. Second, he KNOCKED! And lastly, he's acting all weird right now. Is he high or something?

"I don't do drugs, babe." Luhan said with a small smile on his lips.

"Don't call me babe." The sentence just slipped out of my tongue.

"Huh?" he was caught off guard with it and his eyebrows curled.

I avoided his eyes and touched the door frame. My side is burning under his stare but I didn't look. I can't.

"All of us looked for you. You said you were just meeting your brother. Did something happen, babe?" I wanted to protest again but the way he said it just squeezed my heart dry.
