Day 1 [?]

Virgil felt uneasy ,hes working at a coffee shop called chillas coffee and it an open 24/7 kinda coffee shop and he got the night shift he usually is on the day shift but his friend remy ask him to cover for him since he has a date with his boyfriend

But that's besides the point he felt like he was being watched, he wasn't alone there were customers in but he shrugged it off though thinking maybe it was just his anxiety

He was in charge tonight he has supposedly have someone with him serving people their coffee but they have something going on so they have to leave early he didn't have the time to ask since they were on a hurry, and luckily the universe took pity for him that the customer's order's weren't really difficult , they were usually 1 or 4 orders

As time passes by there were less and less customers on the shop but there was still people who got in,though the feeling of being watched never goes away it was freaking him out, so he kept on looking everywhere his eyes can go and when he cleans the tables and floor.

He was now alone in the shop he wasn't supposed to leave the shop unless someone from the day shift goes in ,it was quite and the music in the shop wasn't helping he decided to just get his phone at the back, on his locker as he was going to the back there was a sound of the door opening, like one of those ring when the door opens

He looked to see who it was and a old man in a cream colored coat walked to the counter
"Hello welcome to chillas coffee what get you" the old man looked at the paper he was holding that he didn't even notice the old man was holding "uhhh..i would like a coffee and a latte please" the old man looked up at him "alright" he immediately got to work and did the old man's order while he was doing the latte he heard the old man speak "you know I don't get why you would sell them with this kind of price"
The old man complained "Im not the one who's putting the prices sir" virgil said calmly, there was silence he was finishing up by putting the lid and sticker on the cup

He went back to the counter and gave the two cups to the old man "here's your orders sir have a grate night" he in a fake unthusiasm the old man didn't say anything and just took the cups and left the shop
"Rude" he didn't even get to process when he herd something fall at the back where there were some stores stuff like coffee powder and other stuff

He was a little wary when he went back door he opened the door where they store things he saw three milk box on the ground he pick them up and went back to the front and put them in the bottom shelf where they stored the milk since it was getting empty, he heard the door ring again he looked up to see a girl in a scarf and a light pink dress and boots with fur on them
Not an appropriate outfit to wear since it was cold out but he didn't say anything about it

He went to the counter to take her order "hello welcome to chillas coffee what can I get you" the girl looked at him up and down "Ill get a caramel Capachino, latte, vanilla latte, waffles , strawberry cheesecake, and a sandwich please " that's many and why was she looking at him like that is it because of his Pan pin on his apron?,he just sighed and took the stickers and got to work, after giving her what she ordered she just walked outside after paying

Sighing he went to the back and took the broom and went outside the counter then started to clean the dirt that was brought in by the people who walked in here

After he was done he went back the other side of the counter then went to the back with their lockers and took out his phone from the locker, when he went back to the front there was a two women dressed in a suit he was a little but startled because he knows that he didn't herd a ring but brushed it off started take their order, after doing so the two women stayed and took a seat near him

He just took a chair from the back and sat next to the counter and started to go through his phone, he can hear what the two women was talking about "Did you hear about the stalking and kidnapping cases on TV? " "yeah... It's scary " we should probably be careful.. " the sound of their voices slowly faded as he focused on his phone not wanting to eavesdrop on them

He heard a ring, he looked up and there was another customer a young man wearing a tank top and shorts "hey there sweetie , you're looking fine today" the young man winked at him "uhm what could I get for you? " asked feeling a little uncomfortable with what the man told him "your number would be nice" the man now leaning, he didn't notice that the two women walking out of the shop he just known when the door rang again "look sir if your not here to order then you can just leave" he said with a slight anger in his voice. Luckily the man gave up and just walked out of the store with a frown

as the man went out there was an old man who was a regular went inside "Hello sir welcome to chillas coffee what can I get you? " "ill have the usual oh and a waffle please" "coming right up!" After doing the man's order he gave it to him "uhh young man? Did your antenna here needed fixing? " "huh?, I don't think so sir, why? " "oh, it's probably nothing It might have been my imagination" the old man left the shop leaving him confused

He made a quick check at the clock , seeing it is now 5:00 he sighed in relief as he has one hour left then he can go back home, he tried to entertain himself by going through his phone again, then the feeling of being watched came back he looked to the behind him where their drive through was placed then looked to the small tv that he might or may not had forgotten that it was there,where you could see the surrounding on the drive through so you will know if how many cars you'll serve, but he nothing there was no one there he getting really uncomfortable and thoughts was running through his mind but was interrupted by the sound of the door the sun is raising and another worker Ashley came in greeting him , his shift was done finally exhaled the air that he didn't even know he was holding

Finally he can go home, he greeted her back with a wave "I thought that was going to see remy, where is he and Ace? " "oh remy went to a date with his boyfriend and ace they had an issue and they needed to go" "ah... I see how's your first night? " "horrible... " he heard a chuckle from Ashley "alright vee you can go back home now, ill handle the rest have a nice rest" she while walking to the back to her locker "alright see you tomorrow! " he couldn't wait to go home

After saying their goodbyes and getting his things from his lovker, he went outside and speed walked to his car, after starting it he drove off to the apartment building where he was living he's still earning up to save money for his own house, after parking he hopped out of his car and went in the building then going up to his apartment opening, going inside and made sure locking the door then went to his bed

He stared at the pictures that he took of virgil,he smiled at the memory of them meeting for the first time... "Oh my angel we will be together soon.... ".
