Brad's P.O.V

It's always me that gets in this kind of shit. It sucks sometimes, but I have to suck it up. especially if im going to be the beta soon. As I got closer to Brent I noticed his face a lot more clearer. He looked more then pist off like he could change any minute. I decided to keep my distance. I stopped when I was at least 5 feet away from him.

"So hows it going?" I said in a quick form and praying that I can try and calm him down.

"cut the chit chat shit." He said.

"Will do." I said softly.

"OUT OF ALL PEOPLE WHY IN HELL DOES IT HAVE TO BE DEREK?!" He yelled at the top of his lungs.

"Wow......dude keep it down. I'm not the one you should be yelling at." I shot back at him putting my hands up in the air in surrender

"So what are you going to do?" I asked a bit scared.

"Follow." He said.

"I don't like the sound of where this is going."I said to myself as I followed him back into the school.

The bell rang for second period.

"wheres their first class? Jade and Darcy have all the same classes but 3rd period." He was telling me.

As we walked down the hall i could see Darcy. I tried to look closer and I saw Jade with Derek..... What the hell does Brent have in mind. I looked over to see if Brent is looking at what I was looking at too. His face got red and then he started walking towards them. Here we go....

"Hey lil sis, Hey Jade can I see you for a second?" Brent ask

"Why? I'm kind of busy" Jade replied as she gave Brent a glare.

Wow. What did Brent do to piss her off like that. That glare was pretty damn scary. 'What the hell did you do to her?' I mind linked Brent.

'I.....I don't know...' He linked back.

"Please it will just be a minute. You will see Darcy later and see...." Brent looked over to Derek and the looked back at Jade ''Him later" he nodded in his direction.

"Whats so important?" Derek asked.

"Was I talking to you?" Brent asked

He gave him a glare and I quickly stepped in the way before he made a scene.

"WHAT he is trying to say, is that this is important and its between Jade and Brent." I said

I looked over to Darcy and watched her watching all of this with such a confused look on her face. It was pretty cute. I smirked at her.

"Oh okay then. I'll see you guys later then." Jade stopped glaring at Brent and saw the hurt look on his face.

Darcy and Derek went to their 2nd period class while Jade and I followed Brent. As we got outside and out on the far back field under a big tree it started.

"Why are yoy going out with him tonight?" Brent asked trying not to yell and scare her off. Pretty good in my case cause if this was my mate I would be hurt so bad that I wouldn't have the energy to do anything.

"How do you know that I'm going out with him?" Jade quickly shot back.

"Brad!" Brent yelled and pointed at me. Jade quickly looked over at me and she looked pist off.

"I mean I can't believe you would do this. I mean playing hard to get and all was one thing, but this? This is pretty childish of you" Brent said.
"Me childish? Coming from the one who played with my feelings when you already have a girlfriend." jade started but got cut off by Brent.
"You're my mate and I broke up with Katy!"
"Who said I even wanted to be your mate!?" Jade responded back. You could tell she was pretty surprised at what came out of her mouth and so was Brent. Hell even I was surprised.This took a turn for the worse.... Jade ran off back into the school and I stood there still pretty stunned at what had just been said and done.
"Wow." Was all I can say as I turned to face Brent. His face was just pale.
"I'm not giving up." He said
"Well what are you suppose to do? You don't have many options because you don't want to make her even more furious than she already is with you." I asked
"WE are going to the movies." was all he answered back.
"What? We are going to stalk her while she's on her date?" Asking him to confirm what he just said.
"We're not stalking. More like we want to see the same movie as them and she can't get mad at us." He said.
"Fine whatever" I agreed with his plan "but you're paying for my ticket then since it's your idea." I added
"Fine" Brent said as he started to walk to his car.
"Cute now we can go on a double date with Derek and jade." I said mockingly to brighten up the mood a little.
Brent turned around and gave me a dirty glare.
"Bad choice of words. My bad" I said in apologetic tone.
