The ship lands in the military base and Kenshi is there to meet up with them.
Johnny walks out with the others and starts walking with Kenshi.
Johnny: So, when did they show up?
Kenshi: The portal opened by the docks a few hours ago. Nearly five-thousand in all. Refugees the Outworld civil war.
Johnny: Must be bad if they risked coming to Earthrealm.
They both stop walking and turn to the others.
Kenshi: After you.
They allow Cassie's team to walk pass them.
Kenshi stops Takeda.
Kenshi: (Do not dwell on your encounter with the Lin Kuei, son)
Takeda: *sighs* (Pretty hard not to...)
They catch up with the rest.
Sonya: Thanks, Kenshi. *looks at Cassie and Johnny* Could you and Mr. Cage join us?
They join her with the rest.
(Y/N): Mommy!
He runs to her and hugs her, then she hugs back.
Sonya: Hey, champ. How was your training with the Lin Kuei?
(Y/N): It was great! We were going to sneak on Iceman, but then he came out, then Arrow Boy exposed us, we tried to beat Iceman, but we lost, and daddy came out of nowhere and revealed it was a training exercise, then daddy took us to get ice cream, slushies, and snow cones for rewards of passing, saving Jacqui-nee-chan, and saving daddy from Uncle J.
Sonya: *chuckles* Is that why you, Cassie, and Jacqui has colorful mouths?
(Y/N): Mhm, I had cherry, onee-chan had blue berry, and Jacqui-nee-chan had banana.
Sonya: *confused* (Cassie's mouth should be blue instead of purple, Jacqui's mouth should be yellow instead of orange, and (Y/n)'s should be red instead of...) ...
Everyone (-Kenshi & Johnny): *thought the same thing* ...
Everyone had thought the same thing and silence filled the room as everyone had realized what happened.
Sonya and Takeda got extremely jealous.
Sonya had fallen in love with (Y/N) too and glared at Cassie and Jacqui who have their hands behind their backs looking away, while whisling.
Takeda glared at (Y/N).
Kenshi and Johnny chuckled.
Sonya: *clears her throat* That... Sounds... Fun... But, it's time to have an important meeting.
She said with her eye twitching.
(Y/N): Okay, mommy.
He lets go of Sonya and pecks her lips and Sonya blushes, then gathers around the table with the others.
(Y/N): Hello, Lightingman and random girl.
Raiden: Hello, (Y/N).
Cassie: Who is she?
Raiden: This is Li Mei. She seeks asylum for her people in Earthrealm.
Li Mei: Our village, Sun Do, was the epicenter of a fierce battle. We barely escaped with our lives.
