kylijennerz is live DSMP TIME BABY! WOAH!
viewers started flooding in, chat ran like a marathon. too quick for a human eye to read. its never been this wild. I shoulda known. It's sort of a big deal for a small-to-moderatly sized streamer to get a slot in the biggest minecraft server on the internet right now. Well, one of my best friends, Quackity is a member. He's sort of a big deal in the streaming industry, this smp included. He pulled some strings and got me in, I didn't even ask. I barely even play minecraft anymore, but even so, that was nice of him he didn't have to.
I load in the server, being sure not to leak the id code. I haven't said a word this stream. I wanted it to be way more dramatic and suspenseful than it had to be.
"am i one of the big steamers now, chat? Is there a reason I dropped out of college?"
what a first line. I feel the second part will be clipped. I log into the server and hop into a discord call with alex.
"YOU'RE ON! WELCOME!"
he sounded genuinely excited for me to be there. he ran at me from a distance. Turns out, he was a long way from spawn.
"hi!" I laugh, "thank you. I'm one of the fucking cool kids now."
"you can officially sit at the lunch table."
"oh my god! I'm gonna cry! I can sit at the popular kids lunch table! I won't get spit on when I try."
we both laugh at that one. Why wouldn't we? I'm a comedian, a comical genius. If you can't tell, that was sarcastic. I'm not funny at all, Alex is the funny one in this friendship (p.s. hate to break it to you but in friendships one person is way more funny than the other)
Alex finally gets to me in game. We do that weird shift-crouching thing. The universal sign of peace.
"I'll give you a tour of the smp, then give you shit. I don't want you to take stuff then log off or something."
"Damn it, you know me too well." I laugh
Alex sighs, "follow me."
He starts sprinting away and I follow. I just want stuff, okay? I don't care what it is I just want something to start with.

alot more than I expected, good selection. They all seem... Nice? That's a lie wilbur and tommy seem intimidating but niki seems alright! But I shouldn't complain I'm friends with Quackity, people say he's intimidating but he really isn't. He's a soft little ball of fluff once you get to know him.
We run past all sorts of historic dream smp landmarks, quackity just says their names and is done with it. I don't think he wants to do this either.
We run past Wilbur. But instead of just saying "that's Wilbur soot." Or some shit like that He stops and invites Wilbur to the call.
"I will beat that boys ass if he doesn't answer."
right as he said that, wilbur picked up.
"hello?"
"WILBUR! MY MAN! I'm just showing Kyli around the server and I was wondering if you could help me.
"seems fair enough, sure."
I was quiet. The vc was quiet too, like they wanted me to say something. Alex probably wanted me to introduce myself. I don't like talking to people.
"KYLI STOP BEING AN ANTISOCIAL BABY AND SAY HI!"
there it was.
"hi wilbur."
"hi. wait- this may sound odd but weren't you the girl who did the geoguessr in real life series?"
*gasp* not even sarcastically. Someone actually knows who I am.
"Yeah! I am. Surprised you know that. I would name the things that you've done now but it seems like your too famous for me."
wilbur chuckles, "stop ittt! you're so cool. I may be more recognized, but your cooler. No arguing on this."
I felt a light beat in my heart, huh? Like it was getting faster the longer he talked. "Thanks. I won't argue then though I want to-"
"... ok lovebirds it's time for the rest of the tour."
