I woke up on a floor and it seemed like I was in a church. I looked around for Billie but she wasn't here. I started to shake and cry realizing I was sent here alone. My dumbass touched some random doll now I'm alone.

She told me to escape through the windows but I couldn't find any so I started to run. Run and run but there were no windows. I was violently crying on the floor, scared, until I heard someone singing very beautifully. I walked in the room and saw a white doll. I quickly ran out and just kept running.

I got so tired and every time I fell to the floor I'd hear that doll singing. Billie specifically said don't touch the dolls. So I ran every time I saw one.

I soon ran to a point where I saw a door. I walked in and there were wanderers inside. I cried and begged asking them how to escape to level 188.

They said I was extremely lucky to have found them and there's millions of fake outpost here made by the dolls. They specifically told me that the windows lead to level 188 and I have to keep walking till I find them.

They said they usually trade for things but they'll give me some food for free and this survival book because clearly I had no idea what the hell was going on and I got here with no knowledge of this place. They also told me I was in level 7453. That was a huge number up from level 1.

I walked for hours looking for windows but they just weren't here. I missed Billie, I missed how her hand felt on mine. I didn't mean to make her uncomfortable. Maybe I wouldn't have touched that doll if it went right, this is all my fault.

I started to go through my pockets for the Almond water I was given and realized I completely forgot the survival book they gave me and left it sitting on a table. I wanted to scream but kept my cool as I kept walking.

I saw a door and opened it and saw a group of wanderers. I remember the other group saying there were millions of fakes one here so I just paused for a bit watching what happened in there.

It's like they all turned in sync to look at me and my heart flung out of my ass when they all started to run towards me. I started to run like the fucking flash from how high my adrenaline was. I looked behind me and saw them chasing me. I should've took that gun from Billie I would've been able to escape easier.

I kept running and running until I started to get tired then I saw another door and opened it locking myself in. I slowly turned around and there were more so I had to run again. I cried while I ran screaming for Billie.

Obviously no one showed up so I had to keep running. Sobbing barely able to see where I was going. Till a gun went off and I turned around so happy thinking Billie had found me but It wasn't Billie, it was another wanderer.

The fake outpost people ran away from the gun going off and I saw a girl. She looked so tired like she's been doing this on repeat. I walked up to her thanking her and she glared at me calling me a dumbass.

My smile turned into a frown for being called a dumbass by some rando I didn't know, but then again she saved me from death and having to restart so I brushed it off. She started to walk away but I grabbed her shoulder and she pushed me hard.

"Go off on your own weirdo. Don't follow me." She said leaving me on the ground from how hard she pushed me.

"Please we can work together it could get us out faster." I said standing up and brushing dust off my ass.

"Get us out faster? With you? HA you were about to die this is clearly your first time in the Backrooms. If I were to stay with you I'd definitely get killed immediately." She said turning around and laughing to herself.

"Please...Im running out of stuff and I don't wanna die I need to find my friend. She told me to meet her in level 188. I didn't mean to come to this level my dumbass touched a doll." I said tearing up.

"All I've been doing is crying. I wanna go back home. Just please help me to the windows and I won't bother you anymore." I said begging her.

She slowly turned around rolling her eyes. She mumbled a fine and yanked my hand, holding it just like Billie did. I felt safe again.

"Why does everyone keep holding my hand like I'm a lost child?" I mumbled.

"What was that?" She said turning to me because I mumbled.

"Nothing" I said.

"What's your name stranger?" I said looking at her.

"Violet. What's yours." She said with a slight smile.

Maybe she isn't so mean after all.

"Y/n." I said smiling back.

She had dark green eyes and very pretty tan skin, it looked really soft. She had a streak of pink in her hair clearly dyed and she looked a bit older than me.

"Why'd you take my hand?" I asked.

"So you don't die or get lost like you did before." She said not looking in my direction.

"How long have you been here." I said as she widened her eyes and looked down.

"I...I don't remember...it's been so long." She said with a voice crack.

"I gave up trying to escape so now I just go to levels saving random wanderers. If I could give how many years it would probably be over 30. No one has every escaped besides one person and that says a lot considering there's millions of people stuck here." She said scratching her neck.

"30 years? That means in real time you've been missing for about 10 months. My friend that I'm going to see rn was gone for two months and she said she's been here for 6 years." I said.

"What? really? In our reality it only added up to 10 months? That's impossible how did I not know this." She said letting go of my hand and rubbing her face.

"I also seem to be a luck magnet. I just got here and I already got a plate of nachos from a crate and a bunch of supplies." I said smiling proudly.

"Then help me please. Help me get out. You and your friend need to help me." She said pleading.

She literally got on her hands and knees begging me and I smirked.

"Yeah ok sure just don't be a bitch." I said coldly.

I looked up and saw we found windows. I started to jump happily and grabbed her jumping out the window with her and we jumped into some type of place that looked like a hotel.
