eddie and his girlfriend y/n have had a very stable relationship and a very healthy one aswell . this was until y/n started hanging out with steve harrington , eddie saw the boy as a threat and a fuck boy he was always so flirty with y/n even though y/n said they were just friends . it bothered eddie he fucking hated it but , today was his breaking point when he saw steve and y/n hugging goodbye after school . but , steve was slick he brought his hand to y/n's ass and eddie watched as the two hugged for a while making his blood boil more and more by the second . y/n watched as eddie stormed off to his van before y/n followed after him " ed's?" she said as she tried to follow behind him , as eddie got closer to his van door he looked at y/n his eyes glossy you could tell he was about to cry . " eddie .." she said trying to lean in for a hug before eddie moved away " no, y/n you belong with steve harrington . did you just fucking see what he did ?" he says trying not to get frustrated . " eddie , cmon we can talk about this let's get in the van " eddie sighed at her words before getting in the van closing the door behind y/n . " listen to me eddie , i love you only you ." eddie looks at her and sighs " but .. what about you and steve " he says as a tear rolls down his cheek . y/n brings her thumb to his face ,wiping away the tear before wrapping her arms around him " i just can't lose you y/n" eddie whispers as he holds her close " and you're not going too eddie , you never will i'll always be here " she reassured before pressing a kiss to his forehead . eddie smiled softly no matter how upset he was he couldn't stay mad at her plus she seemed genuine .
