eddie was in his trailer , his hands together as he sat on the edge of his bed . his girlfriend y/n was coming over soon it would usually excite him but this time he was anxious . he was getting so worked up over the thought of y/n and steve flirting , all the laughing in the halls , how often they hung out after school and , especially how he caught him giving her money once. he could only think of the worse in this situation . before he could gather his thoughts he heard y/n knock lightly before eddie spoke " doors unlocked !" he said before y/n walked in . opening his slightly cracked door all the way and smiling " hi love " she said before sitting next to him , which caused him to tense up . " you okay ?" she asked looking up at him before placing her hand on top of his . he moved his hand rather quickly " no , y/n i'm really not . do you not realize what steve does ? " he says looking at her , y/n's eyes went wide " what the hell are you talking about ?" she questioned back knowing he was already gonna accuse her before giving her a chance to speak . " how you guys hangout every single day ? him giving you money ? " he said standing up " that's not even the worst of it either !" he says before running a hand through his hair . " edd-" she said before being cut off by a upset eddie " i knew it , i fucking knew it " he mumbled as he began to walk towards the door . y/n got up following behind him towards the living area " before you come at me all hostile why don't you listen? let me explain for once munson " . eddie sat down on his couch " what is there even to talk about ?"
" eddie . i go over to his house after school because , he needs tutoring he's struggling in his classes " she says making eddie's expression change . " and , the money was for the tutoring eddie " she says sighing as her eyes meet his he feels terrible . he just acted like that for nothing , he should've trusted her " i'm- I'm so sorry y/n " he says pulling her closer so she was right beside him before wrapping his arms around her . " it's okay sweet boy " she says before hugging him tightly resting her head on his shoulder before speaking " promise me you'll communicate your feelings better before things get like this . please?" she says before lifting her head , moving a piece of hair out of eddie's face as he nodded " i promise " he says beside wrapping his pinky around hers and chuckling . she grins and chuckles lightly " good ." then pressing a kiss to eddie's forehead then his lips " i love you . it'll always be you " y/n says softly .
