Running in the rain?

Izumi's P.O.V

Today 'father' is letting me go outside. He said "You need to not be so pale." Before putting a shock collar on me. To make sure I come back. I have two hour to get whatever I want. With no money. I walk around. Then I feel someone watching me. I ignore it. Then it starts raining. Being the cat I am. I slightly hissed at the sky. The feeling of being watched is back, so I start running. It started raining faster and harder. I run even faster. Not slowing down being afraid of falling.  I sneezed.

Aizawa P.O.V

I see small girl.she just walks around pointlessly. It starts raining and I hear her hiss? At the rain? I look away for a minute to think. Then start watching her again. The girl starts running. So I start running after her. 'That suspicious' I thought as I continues  chasing after.  The rain is pouring down harder and faster. She picks up her speed and I do the same. I pull out my phone and calls the police. When Tsukauchi picks up, I say softly " I'm chasing a child she is headed your way can you help stop her?" I hear him sigh "Sure" He dead pans so I hang up. Then she sneezes.

Ahead I see polices car blocking her path. She stops. I jump down beside throwing my capture weapon at her, she dodges it. So I try again I got her this time. She tries to get lose. As I slowly approach her. I lifts her up and walks toward the police station.  She tries to fight me.  I chuckle lightly at her attempts. Then after a while of just talking. She sneezes again but this time cat ears and a tail pops out of no where. She sneezes one more last time and she turn into a cat. People around us 'Awe' She turns back and  glares at them. I sit her down and I sit down. As detective Tsukauchi sit down in a seat next to me. I text Nem, Emi,and We're going Zashi, and Nezu. To tell them to come to the police station. She yawns then falls asleep. I take a closer like. I see that she has eye bags that envy my own. She skin is super pale and her hair was matted. "I wonder what was wrong with her." I mumble. Tsukauchi shrugs. It has been half any hour since I texted the others. I was getting worried but didn't want to show it.  Just then Nem, Emi, Zashi, and Nezu walks in, with Recovery girl. Then girl Whimpers and Nem and Zashi says 'cute' Nezu was the first to speak up.  "Aizawa-san how did you find this child?" "She was running in the rain" I reply. Then the girl instantly wakes up and starts screaming. I tried to calm her down. Keyword: tried. Everything starts floating and the kid turns younger. So I tried to deactivate her quirk. Again keyword: tired. The door flies up and I see Izuku?!

Izuku's P.O.V

I was just walking in the rain. Until I see Midnight, Present Mic, Ms.Joke, Recovery girl, and Nezu. They drove past me straight to the police station. I follow them. I pick through a window for a little while. Then I see everything and everyone floating with a crying child in the middle. I burst the door up. I instantly start floating too. I air swim to her and stuffs a bottle in her mouth she  starts sucking it. As we all fall.  Eraser looks at me while Recovery girl asks  " what was it?" I reply happily "Coffee" I give them my best smile. They all look disappointed. I even see Eraser shaking his head in disappointment. I have the girl in my hands and her hair starts turning black. The door bust open again and we all turn to look who it is.  We see a girl with light green hair and mint eyes. She runs over to the girl in my arms and reaches out to her. The girl floats to the light green hair girl.  They both smile. Then the light green hair girl speaks up. " Hey, um sorry about my cousin? " Eraser says " Kid that sounded more like a question than an answer, So is that kid really your cousin?"  The girl looks shocked. " Kind of?" She Whispers. She takes the bottle from the child and pushes it toward me. The kid starts crying again. "Shh shh, don't worry we are alright, Lets get you home." She turns around and tosses a wave over her shoulder and leaves. I see Eraser rushing out after them. He starts following them. I look at the pros who are starting at me. Then I start running while yelling 'bye'
