Alright, here are the rules that you need to follow to be entered into this comp; as a judge or a participant.
1. Follow me (if interested and would mean a lot)
2. Read my story Criterion~ After Unlocked (if interested and would mean a lot. Also will not be in this comp)
3. Be nice/respectful to EVERYONE. This is an inclusive space and if I see people not following this rule I will disqualify them/not allow them to judge and will not be able to join any comp in the future.
4. Post about this comp in your bio/conversation board so other can gain interest (we can't actually have this comp if there are not enough books entered)
5. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE; Have Fun! :)
6.a. If you are submitting a book; which means you're a participant, you need to follow the person who judges your story PERMANENTLY
6.b. If you are judging, you need to follow the author of the piece you judge PERMANENTLY
Also some more info you should know:
- Your password (judge or participant) if your KOTLC ability(ies)
- You can submit your story into one of a couple different categories: Book 9 (After Unlocked), One Shots, Ship Story (specific to one ship), Spin Off's (completely different plot than KOTLC but includes the same characters/things related to KOTLC. If you need help determining if your book is suitable suitable for this category either just submit it or just ask!), or miscellaneous.
- You can only submit ONE STORY for the entire comp so choose wisely
- Can't sign up as a judge and a participant
- English books only, sorry
- Regular books have to have at least 5 chapter while Oneshots have to have at least 3
- Try not to have mature content (a little is fine)
- Story has to be published so we can read it
- No set time for submitting to end or for judging to begin/end just yet
- Add this book to your reading list(s) and to your library so you can be caught up on info about the comp
- If you make a change to your username/title of story please let me know so I can correct the change
- Try to be active on Wattpad in case I need to share info
- Last day to submit a story is 7/31 at 11:59 PM (ET)
- The judging period starts 8/1 and will end (if all goes well) 8/31 but if we have a small number of books submitted it may end sooner
- Winner, Runner up and a SURPRISE award will be announced on 9/1
