Atsumu woke up in a hospital room and not his and Kiyoomis. He looked around at the grey and white hospital bedroom. He seemed confused at why he was in a hospital in the first place, had something happened? Where was Kiyoomi? His nurse Komori stood next to him. "Atsumu, how are you feeling today? Your new medication for your schizophrenia is coming in soon."
Atsumu was confused so he asked "where's Kiyoomi?"
The doctor seemed confused. "There never was a Kiyoomi."
Atsumu froze. No Kiyoomi. It was true. It wasn't. Atsumu spoke again,,
"I'd rather have you alive and not know me rather than me imagining you."
