rumpelstilskin needs a new guard since they keep dying within a week,the witches are bad at chosen guards with potential and most of the time the guard that's been chosen didn't even sign up for it but it seems his searching has come to a stop
Rumpelstilskin was sitting at his throne while the music boomed the entire castle
The witches where partying obnoxiously loud while rumpelstilskin was trying to look for a new guard
He was standing in front of the four people that happily volunteered, "to thin" he walked to the next "to muscler" the third was hard to believe "a kid......Seriously?" Rumpel sighed Pinching his nose in frustration and The witches who helped chose where cowardly inching back in the corner "take him back to his parents, tomorrow we will try again-"
"wait!" A voice coming from the middle of the giant group of dancing witches was Heard causing the music to eruptly stop
The witches moved to reveal a knight in armor with the head and fur of a beast that had a skull for a face, the three contestants step to the side to let him through while he walked forth to rumpelstilskin
He kneeled to his height taking his hand and kissing it "please, would you let me protect you and be your guard" rumpelstilskin was flustered but before he could answer "stillskin!"
The knight stop kneeling and stood up to look at who interrupted his conversation "Shrek,there he is!" Rumpelstilskin excitedly said
rumpelstilskin step beside the knight revealing himself "havewebeen waitingforyou" rumpelstilskin said
"ladies,this is the guy that made all. this. possible" Shrek was glaring and grinding his teeth, "sotell me,how are you enjoying your day"
but rumpelstilskin didn't feel pity for him considering he dragged himself in this mess "all right grumple what's going on? What have you done?"
Was he always this clueless? I mean I did trick him into signing but he can't be that clueless "Oh no Shrek it's not what I done it's what you done,ha thanks to you the gueen and king sign there kingdom over to me"
convenient that a little contract can cause that "they would never do that" they did lock there daughter in a castle.....soooo, anything is believable rumpelstilskin thought
"they would if I promise that all there problems would disappear,AND then they disappeared" the shocked expression on Shrek face was so pleasuring to see rumpelstilskin thought,at first he was afraid that they wouldn't capture him
As the knight watch the display,things where Starting to get out of hand and then Shrek made a attempt at attacking king rumpel and breaking his chains in the process but he couldn't even reach them,it was like there was a invisible wall
the Knight's hand made a purple glow while it happened, chains come out of the ground and chain Shrek down to the ground tightly
Purple smoke was coming out of the Knight's face, through his sockets and through his mouth
Making sure it doesn't happen again the knight grabs rumpelstilskin and Shields him ,while making a inhumane growl
Shrek shock and terrified face was almost pleasuring to see,to say the least rumpelstilskin was impressed and he didn't even catch his name yet
"Wow,that's.... Amazing! I never seen someone have that much power before" rumpelstilskin was rambling about how the knights powers where cool and asking what other things he could do and surly he will tell him when there alone together
The knight then looked at the witches"Send the oger to the dungeon" king rumpel looked at the knight grinning and then looks at the witches "well? You heard him didn't you" the witches grabbed Shrek afraid to go in the same place that he was going and hurrying to sending him to the dungeon
Rumpelstilskin was a small fellow indeed and a powerful one at that,the knight admired him for how deceitful and cunning he can be
The party was almost over they decided to head to there rooms where it was only them while the witches continue to party
This was king rumpel room and it was the most fancy one of them all,a bed fit for a king with there own personal bathroom And The clothes in his closet where fancy as well, even his night clothes
"Soootell me about yourself,what made you want to be my guard" oh so many things but some I will keep to myself,I don't want to scare you off so quickly "i would be lying if I said I didn't have any reasons and who am I to lie to my king, I like you"
the knight was about to leave before a hand grabbed his red cape "I never caught your name" rumpelstilskin was happy that someone genuinely likes him"its Francis" Francis smiled and was about to leave "wait" Francis turn around and kneeled to his height rumpelstilskin blushing and smiling, usually he is mean to everyone "you can sleep in my bed tonight,the kingdom is hard to navigate at night" Francis to say the least was surprised but agreed anyways "let me go change in my sleeping clothes then" while he was changing in the bathroom king Rumpel was changing in his room,he was wearing a hoodie with boxers
Francis then step out of the bathroom and his sleeping clothes where only boxers ,you could see the black fur all around his body "what?" Francis said with a confused face

"It's n-nothing,come let's get to bed" they both climb in king sized bed and rest there head on the pillows,soon they both fall asleep and subconsciously cuddling together
