Yes I did a little mix up the episodes. I just thought it better this way. FYI, just to let you know the the mutat sonic as a wolf is  the average hight as a normal wolf.

[In a window of an abandoned warehouse, a man named Ivan Steranko looked over the damaged city, went back inside where his partner Anton Zeck, who was seated behind his desk and eating Chinese.]

Ivan: It has been a month since the aliens' invasion was gone. But things aren't fixed. There must be a way out of the city!"

Zeck:Why not use one of your fancy tanks to get us out, Big S?"

[Steranko tipped him out of his chair and sat down himself.]

Ivan:How many times must I tell you? "Show models only. I give them a big discount."

[Zeck stood up groaning.]

Zeck:Man, I'm starvin'. All our food is gone, we're runnin' low on water… I mean, look! We're down to moldy ketchup and dead cockroaches!

He held up a dead cockroach and spread the ketchup on it. Before he could eat it, Steranko snatched the roach out of his hand.

Ivan:Secret headquarters mine.Moldy ketchup cockroaches mine.

Anton: [frustrated] Oh, snap, Steranko. That's cold-blooded! We gotta get outta this city, dog, there's not going to be any supplies or fresh food for months! [Shrilly] We gotta get outta this city!

Steranko:I know, comrade Zeck,but now that the invasion is over shredder will come back. He most likely doesn't like us. But we made a deal.

Anton:That's brilliant, baby Ivan! Brilliant! But what have we got that Shredder wants?

[Steranko pulled out a folder, showing him a picture of Karai and another of sonic.]

Steranko:Right here. We find his daughter, Karai. She was mutated by the same stuff that makes turtle freaks. Shredder has looked for her ever since. The other is  Sonic  the hedgehog. He was a science experiment by a brilliant professor. He was into a wolf. Shredder thought he might be a good addition to his army.

Anton:So you're sayin' we can use them as a bargaining chip with Shredder to get out of the city?

Steranko:Da. Oroku Saki will have no choice.

[Both laughing]

[The turtles, April, Casey and Splinter moved back to their old lair. They agreed to take shadow with them since they promised to help him find his brother. Shadow left the mighty mutanimals to be with the turtles which they understood and wished them luck. Right now they spent hours cleaning the lair. ]

April:Looking good guys. Pretty soon this place will be back the way it was before.

Mikey:Hey where's shadow? He said he'll help.

Splinter: Shadow is reflecting on his events. According to him he lost his family,his home, his purpose. I remember that I was his place. So I know what he's going through.

April: Maybe I should go check on him.

[April runs off to find shadow. She reached Shadow's new room. She was about to knock when she heard crying. She slowly opened the door and found Shadow crying. April slowly walked over to Shadow,sat down on the bed and side hugged him. Shadow flinched but relaxed when he saw april.]

April: Hey what's wrong?

Shadow:[ hesitate but sigh] why is my life so unfair? I was living happily with professor Gerald,Maria,and sonic. But gun took that away from probably just living. At least I had sonic,my brother but now he's lost somewhere,  scared, mutated. Gerald altered my memories to destroy the world. If it weren't for Kerby, I would've succeeded. I broke my promises to Maria and sonic.
