Anson had only an hour left of rehearsal after their encounter on the rooftop. Steve had to stay behind for the rest of the day to sort out some boring shit and gave her permission to go off with Anson. It was weird to have to ask permission at the big age of 21 but Sally was a recovering addict so her situation was a bit different to the average 21 year old.

Sally showed Anson her favourite spots that he hadn't seen since leaving rehab and the boy it was touching she'd share the moment with him. They went shopping and started a game. Ansons idea. The two would pick outfits for each other and surprise each other once they got back to Ansons apartment, then go for dinner. It was the first time in a long time that she'd laughed to tears, and Anson was loving every second of it.

Dinner was amazing. They decided on a pub not far from the apartment and were sharing some sort of charcuterie board and it was insane. It was like Sally was living in a dream, but there was one thing that seemed to be difficult for her. Being around drink in a pub, Anson had asked her if she'd like a drink and she declined and stated she wasn't in the mood to drink and would have a coke instead. She never told him what she was addicted too so it wasn't his fault and he wasn't going to pester her, it was her business. "God I've needed this pint." Anson chuckled. She let out a fake laugh but couldn't stop fidgeting, she was itching for a drink. But she knew that she was strong enough to not give into temptation. It wasn't easy. She'd relied on alcohol for nearly 10 years. "You ok?" He asked furrowing his eyebrows with concern. She wasn't and she felt like she was about the cry. When they were eating it was fine, she was distracted. But now the food was finished it was becoming increasingly difficult to subside her urges. Sally nodded but he could see her eyes were brimming with tears. "Hey hey hey what's wrong?" Anson asked as he made his way over to Sally who had been sat opposite. Thankfully, as they chose to sit outside there wasn't anyone near them. "I'm okay." She chocked out looking at him as he knelt down to her level. He tilted his head and gave her a sympathetic look, one that broke her. Her tears were escaping as was her vulnerability. He wrapped her up in his arms. "It's ok." He muttered into her ear as she cried into his shoulder. He realised what the issue was and felt ever so guilty. "I'm sorry." He sighed and kissed her temple. "No it's not your fault." She began, pulling away from the embrace but keeping him close. "I am ok. It's just the first time I've been in this setting and I wanted to challenge myself but it didn't work." Sallys tears began to flow once more. "Sally it did! We've been here for quite a bit, we've eaten and chatted and you did it. I'm so proud of you." He smiled at her and wiped away her tears with the pads of his thumbs. She grimaced. "What?" He looked at her with confusion. "You called me Sally." She smiled through the tears. He laughed and hugged her once more.

"Sorry Jonesy."
