Chapter 3: These Beating Hearts

⠀⠀⠀Makoto-senpai was talking with Haruka-senpai and Nagisa-kun, he glanced over at me and smiled, an angel's smile.. But I didn't feel that way about him.
⠀⠀⠀I walked to the balcony and before I entered, I saw the rest of the Samezukians arrive. Mikoshiba-kun and Aiichiro-kun might have been looking for Yamazaki-san. I sighed and entered the balcony, closing the curtains.
⠀⠀⠀"Nice seeing you over here after that ceremony."
⠀⠀⠀"Yamazaki-san..." I bet by now he knows that I like him, it was pretty obvious.
⠀⠀⠀"May I ask you a question, Ryugazaki?" He looked at me with a serious face. What is it that he wants?
⠀⠀⠀"Y-You may." I say with my cheeks a bit red, just by looking at him and hearing him makes me flustered.
⠀⠀⠀"Are you in love with Tachibana? Or me...?" I was shocked by that question. I was so nervous. my face turned bright red.
⠀⠀⠀I decided to speak. "I am in love with you!" I exclaimed. He smiled, chuckling at my answer. I was curious.
⠀⠀⠀"I knew all along, Ryugazaki." I smiled wide. He walked over to me and held me close to him, holding me by my waist. We looked into each other's eyes, that were glistening in the beautiful moonlight. He closed his eyes and slowly began to lean in. I did the same. Before our lips almost touched, the bell on the clock had rung, it was midnight.
⠀⠀⠀"I-I must go now!" I say, "But I don't want to leave you..." I looked away.
⠀⠀⠀He grabbed my hands and looked into my eyes.
⠀⠀⠀"Shall we see each other tomorrow?" He was gently smiling at me. That smile made my heart skip a beat.
⠀⠀⠀"Very well." He planted a kiss on my hand and let go, walking out of the balcony. I was smiling. Someone came to the balcony and held me, holding my hand. This was weird, it didn't feel like Yamazaki-.. I mean Sousuke...san... I looked at them, Makoto-senpai...
⠀⠀⠀"What are you doing out here, my love?" I was shocked. I moved away from him.
⠀⠀⠀"I-I was just relaxing here!" I laugh nervously.
⠀⠀⠀"I-I must go to bed now! Good night, senpai!" I ran out of the balcony and on my way to my room in the huge castle. I arrived at my room, I closed the doors. I sigh and get dressed in my sleep attire. I lay on my bed and close my eyes. Two of them...
