Chapter 6: The Right One

⠀⠀⠀My eyes watered, shining beautifully. I ran up to him as my cheeks were bright red. I hugged him, my face dug into his chest. He held me close to him, stroking my hair softly. He laid a kiss on my head. Everyone gasped.
⠀⠀⠀"Rei..." Haruka-senpai was furious, he grabbed my arm. Sousuke-san punched him, protecting me. My eyes widened.
⠀⠀⠀"S-Sousuke-san...!" I was petrified.
⠀⠀⠀"Go, Rei!" He commanded. I refused. I stayed in his arms. Then, a gunshot. It hit his right shoulder (i cri). my eyes widened, watering, blood a bit on my face, I looked over at Makoto-senpai who had a gun in his hand.
⠀⠀⠀I glared intensely at him.
⠀⠀⠀"You..." I began slowly walking up to him. He smirked and pushed me towards the wall. I saw my love suffering from the injury. Makoto-senpai had my arms pinned on the wall, I was a flustered mess.
⠀⠀⠀"Rei... You belong to me and you know it..." He spoke in a seductive voice. He began licking my neck. Someone tapped his shoulder.
⠀⠀⠀"What...?" He glared at them, smiling creepily. The injured punched him, holding onto his shoulder in pain. I went up to him and helped him stand, as the other male was unconscious on the floor. This was a disaster. Me and Sousuke-san ran out of the chapel. As soon as we got to the forest, he fell on his knees. I was worried, my eyes were still watering.
⠀⠀⠀"Sousuke-san!" I looked at him. I held him close to me as I stood on my knees as well.
⠀⠀⠀"Sp-speak to me..." He wasn't moving. He was unconscious. I cried.

*At the hospital*

⠀⠀⠀I stood there in his room, waiting for him to wake up. His heart rate was average, and he was breathing. Tears fell from my eyes. I couldn't do it anymore... I sat down by his bed and held his hand. I dug my face into the side of his stomach.
⠀⠀⠀"Rei." I rose my head up and saw his eyes barely open, a smile on his face. I smiled happily and stood up hugging him.

*Samezukian Territory*

⠀⠀⠀I walked him back to his area, the rest of the Samezukians were happy that he was alright.
⠀⠀⠀"I need to talk to Rei alone." I heard him say. We spoke. He lifted up my chin and said to me...
⠀⠀⠀"Rei, I've only known you for a couple of days... But I know that one day we can be together forever. Now I know that this is the right time to do this... You were there for me at the hospital, we've stayed together... W-we've even kissed." He chuckled nervously, I thought it was cute. He knelt down, held my hand, reaching for something in his back pocket. A small black box? Well what could that be?
⠀⠀⠀He opened it, it made my eyes shine.
⠀⠀⠀"Rei, I love you. You are the one... I want to be with you forever... Now, answer me this... Will you marry me?" I was happy and excited, I blushed madly.
⠀⠀⠀"Yes... Yes! a million times, Yes! I'll marry you!" I held him tightly. My eyes were watery as I held him close to my chest, he put the diamond ring on my finger, it looked beautiful. The Samezukians decided that it was right, our love was strong.
