the day seemed to go on forever class after class and not even being able to say hi than Finly lunch came
They all sat down at the table Luz and Amity held hands under the table Sending each other 'I love you' notes when no one was looking
They all ate in awkward silence when Gus finally spoke "Hey does anyone know a good joke?" he said excitedly
Luz rubbed her chin thinking about a joke that her friends would understand then she got it "I got one, knock knock " Luz said starring at them expectedly "Oh right you guys don't have a knock knock jokes you say "Who's there" "
"Oh!" They all say in unison "Who's there?" they said once more
"eyebrows," Luz said once again remembering "Now you say eyebrows who" she whispered
"eyebrows who," They asked
"I browse my phone," she said cracking herself up
"ok," Bosha said "That is the last time we let Luz tell a Joke," she said mockingly
They all laughed a continued joking around and laughing
When Gus noticed something, he elbowed Skara who was sitting next to him "Hey do you see what I see "he said pointing out his friends that were obviously holding hands and passing love notes
"wow they are in love love," Skara said with a smirk "And so obvious how did Bosha & Willow, not notice," she said looking over at the two "Oh that's how," she said relishing that Bosha and Willow were doing the same thing
"wow and I thought Luz was oblivions," Gus said mockingly
A little while later Luz and Amity had a shared free period
"LUZ!!" Amity yelled charging thru the halls
"AMITY!!" Luz said also dashing she ran and hugged Amity so tight that she could barely breath
they gave each other quick pecks on the cheeks and started chatting they had missed each other all day not being able to talk to the ones you love the most was not easy Luz should know
"hey I saw that, " Gus said coming out from behind the crowd with Skara at his side "Don't worry we won't tell Willow and Bosha, "he said calming their nerves
"whoo .... wait what are you two doing out of class I get the dramatic entrance but is it worth getting in big trouble with Principal Bummp we're talking detention" Amity stated with a concerned look on her face
"Relax I made illusions and sent them to class instead," Gus said looking quite proud of himself "Now to get back on topic... why didn't you tell me and Willow you guys were dating what gives we've been waiting for you two to get together since the Grugbe match!?" he added
"well-i umm...*cough* w-we were going to wait for the upcoming palasmin dance to tell you" Luz shuddered nervously "How long have you known ?"
"sense lunch" Hey said casually "You guys were really obvious Willow and Bosha would have found out if they weren't so..." he stopped before giving anything away "distracted with ...um..the Jokes ya the jokes" he sighed after just dogged a bullet
the rest of the day was spent with Luz and Amity relieved that they had two fewer ppl to worry abt and Gus and Skara laughing about how obvious they were yet so oblivions
