Today had been slow. Like every other one.

Listening to children scream in my ear and argue with each other over toys and art supplies.

The only help I get is from Sun.

The one "person" who helps me.

It's nice to get his help but he can also be a little over the top.
He can't contain himself sometimes. Especially when it comes to messes when the kids don't clean up.

Everyone just tells me to let it be. Which I do.
I have to let it be.

A couple more workers finally came in and help around with the daycare.

While I went and finally took my break I've so been longing for.

I walked up to the private room that they held for parties, which no one was in, and sat in there listening to the silence for once.
Sitting down I sighed and opened the lunch I packed this morning.

Scrolled through my phone and took the break I so desperately needed after working 5 hours already.

Sitting back in the chair and closing my eyes I heard the door slide open and light footsteps.

There was a slight jingle sound as the person walked in.

Slowly I opened my eyes to see the person I thought I would.

Sun.

"Hey! What are you doing in here?" Sun questioned loudly.
Taking a deep breath I answered.
"Taking a break and eating lunch."

He sat next to me with his big smile as I yawned tiredly. There was nothing I wanted to say.
There was nothing need to be said. I only want silence.

"Why don't you eat lunch with everyone else? It's not the best to be alone all the time." Sun put a hand on my shoulder.

"Please don't touch me." I thought to myself.

Slowly I took a deep breath.
"I'll be okay, Sun. I'm used to it. I only want some quietness. Kids yelling in your ears hurt." I tried to explain.

Third person p.o.v.

Sun couldn't understand wanting to be alone. He always wants to be around people and play.

But of course, Sun wasn't human and could never understand what it was like.
No matter how much (y/n) tried to explain why they don't like people Sun always had a reason to like people and be around them.

There was a sudden ring from (y/n)'s walkie-talkie.
"(Y/n) we need help at the main entrance. Need help with the main four." The male voice came through.

(Y/n) sighed and cleared their throat and brought the device up to their mouth.
"Alright, I'll be there in ten." They replied standing up from their seat.

Sun tilted his head wondering what was happening and standing up after (y/n).
"Where are you going, my friend?"
"I need to go to and help with another animatronics."
"Can I come too?" Sun shouted.
"No, Sun. You're not allowed out of the daycare. I have to go by myself." (Y/n) replied bluntly.

"Oh. Okay. I hope you stay safe!" Sun beamed.
"You too, Sun. You too." (Y/n) replied as they went off to go do another job that didn't give them any more happiness.

Even behind that strong face and blunt words.
(Y/n) had a soft spot for Sun. And even for Moon, they cared about him too.
They didn't know how to show it. Or even how to say the words without embarrassing themselves.
