Nani's POV

Since Ezra has been missing, life has been challenging. Kiyomi is handling it better than I am. I don't sleep at night; Silas is constantly blaming me for our child going missing.

Silas comes home drunk every night; it's gotten worse over the past few months. The abusing hasn't stop. Even after being on my death bed and giving birth. He still treats me like shit.

Since leaving the hospital I have yet to get a full night's rest. Anniyla has been a handful, she just turned 2 and you know the stories of the terrible two-year-old's. My parents take Anniyla on the weekend while I get some house work done.

After what happened at the hospital, Silas banned me from seeing Kiyomi. She moved across the globe 44 hours away from me, so I couldn't see her anyway. I hop out the bed with a quickness to check and see if Silas was still in the house.

I open the doors and see her holding two dresses, I forget all of that and jump into her arms giving her so many kisses.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY BESTIE "she screams

She comes inside, "What are those dresses for?" I question

"Were going partying!!! "She squeals

" No..No we can't he'll be home soon" I say

"OMG NANI WHO GIVES A DAMN, FUCK HIM!! "She says

"Now let's go get ready, I ordered a limo it should be here @10:30 pm" she continues
