You better wake up after this," Elena mumbled as she pulled the dagger out of Elijah.
Come on wake up," Elena sighs as she rubs her nine-month baby bump.

I'm glad to see you awake. You might need this," Elena said as she hands him a bloodbag.
Why are you here? Why did you undaggered me ," Elijah asked as he raised an eyebrow at her.
We have some catching up to do Elijah. If I didn't undaggered you first. Damon or Stefan could have got you ," Elena said with a smile.
Elijah looked at her before he looked down at her stomach .
You're pregnant Elena," Elijah asked?
Yeah. That's why I undaggered you bc the child is yours ," Elena sighs.

Yeah, it did. Damon doesn't know that I'm here in New Orleans or I undaggered you," Elena said with a sad smile.

Elena was about to say somthing when water ran down her legs.

Uh oh," Elena panicked as she holds her stomach.
What's wrong," Elijah asked as he moved closer to her.
My water broke. The baby is coming now ," Elena said with a panic as she grabs his arms as a contraction goes threw her.
Let's get you to the car," Elijah said as he helps her to the car.

Hello Ms. Gilbert. How are you feeling ," Dr.Nettie asked ?
In pain. I'm ready for this baby to come out already," Elena said before another contraction goes threw her.
I'm going to check you now," Dr.Nettie said before she puts on a clean pair of gloves before she checks her.
