First night - nightmares/possessions/night terrors/SP (Sleep Paralysis)

Hidan

(This will be Ryū talking)

Kayden's POV

After a few minutes, I finally stopped crying and I could tell it was dark since I could very faintly hear the sounds of crickets chirping in the night. I sighed and I changed out of the clothes I was in and changed into some pajamas and I laid down on the bed in my new room.

The bed was surprisingly comfy, and here I was expecting it to be hard as a rock. But, I wasn't one bit tired. I was still thinking about my little argument, even though it wasn't, with Hidan. He wasn't supposed to hear me say what I said about having been burdened with Ryū.

I laid there awake, unable to fall asleep, until finally I closed my eyes. But I wish I hadn't, it started again. My night terrors. They keep coming back every time I'm around people. They happened back in Konoha, and now here.

I started thrashing about in my sleep as I watched Ryū in my night terror take over my body and start killing everyone off one by one. I started to scream in my sleep, not hearing frantic knocking on the door.

Hidan's POV

After a few minutes, I listened to Kayden get up from the door and walk away. I sighed and I headed to my room. I wasn't trying to be a dick, I just wanted to know what she said, she said something about her demon killing her or something.

After a while, it was quiet until I heard rustling coming from Kayden's room. I thought that she was getting situated, sleeping in a new room, but I was wrong when I heard her screaming. I rushed out of my room heading to her room.

Normally, I wouldn't care about the new recruits, but there's something about this girl that interests me. I think it's the fact that she survived Kakuzu and I, or could it be her demon. I tried to open the door, but it was locked.

But when I was at her door earlier, I didn't hear her lock it. I started to pound on the door trying to get in. "Hidan, what the hell are you doing?" I heard Kakuzu ask me as he emerged from his room.

"I heard Kayden screaming and I can't get in!" I said frantically.

He sighed and pushed me back before taking the door knob and pushing open the door. Turns out it wasn't locked, it was barricaded. But what we saw shocked us.

There she was, levitating in thin air as if she was hanging from wires. "What the hell?" I said as I walked towards her. That's when I saw it, her face became a pale white and her eyes changed from purple to black.

"I will be free of your body, even if I have to kill you! It will be the last thing I will do!" a scratchy voice came from her mouth.

"What is going on in her- Hidan, Kakuzu! What is wrong with Kayden?!" we heard a voice say behind us. We turned around and saw Pein-sama.

"We're not sure, I woke up hearing screaming and her door was barricaded shut and we found her like this, then there was a voice that wasn't hers." I explained to him.

He walked over to her levitating body and placed his hands on her chest. "Almighty push!" he said and whatever was controlling Kayden let go of her and she fell to the bed and woke up with a gasp.
