"Hyung..."
"Yep?"
"Why are we here again?"
5:00 PM
Yeonjun glanced at Soobin who is eating his bread while looking at him.
"Hanging out?" Answered Yeonjun to the younger one.
"This isn't even hanging out, hyung." Sighed Taehyun got up from his laying position and stretched. Kai nodded beside him.
"Who are you waiting for anyway?" Asked Beomgyu, raising an eyebrow.
"Wha-" Yeonjun's face flushed. "I am not waiting for anyone. What are you even talking about?"
"Yep. You are waiting for someone." Confirmed Beomgyu.
"You called us here to hang out, hyung. But ever since we got here, all you did was look around like a lost kid looking for his mother." Soobin said before drinking his water.
"Okay, fine. You got me." Yeonjun turned to his friends.
"I actually met a girl yesterday."
"WHO?!" The four asked synchronously.
"I don't know." He chuckled. "I lost control of my board and I crashed into her. I even passed out because she tased me."
That last sentence erupted laughter from his younger friends which took a while to die down.
"For real?" Soobin asked with a grin on his face.
"Yeah. She got startled and that was a reasonable thing to do when a stranger is on top of you." Yeonjun rolled his eyes.
"Yeonjun-hyung pervert."
"Yah!" The eldest turned to the youngest. "It was an accident okay?"
The others snickered and nodded.
"Did you get her name?" Asked Beomgyu.
Yeonjun nodded rather slowly. As if he isn't sure if he did.
"Yeah. It was Jinnie, I think."
"Jennie?" Soobin.
"Yeah, Jinnie."
"You met Jennie-noona yesterday, hyung?" Kai.
"What?" Yeonjun's brows furrowed. "It's JInnie not JEnnie. J-I-N-N-I-E."
"We know how to spell, hyung." Beumgyu rolled his eyes.
"I don't know anyone from school with the name Jinnie." Taehyun rubbed his chin. "Do you have a picture of her?"
"No, I don't." Yeonjun lied. "She was also wearing a mask so I didn't see her face."
For some reason, he doesn't like the thought of sharing the picture she left yesterday. It may not be it but he thinks that the photo is a gift for him. A remembrance of the girl who made his birthday memorable. The only birthday that he was happy until the day ended even without any of his family members greeting him. She made him forget his problems so he wants to see her again and meet her properly.
"Then it's going to be impossible finding her, Yeonjun-ah." Sighed Soobin and placed his arm across the former's shoulder. "You'll meet her again someday, hyung."
Yeonjun nodded.
"Yeah. I do hope so."
5:30 PM
The group of friends decided to actually hang out this time. That includes getting their skateboards and going to a skatepark. They spent several hours in that skatepark showing off their skills with other people in the area.
