CHAPTER NINETEEN "Christmas Eve"
AT DINNER THE MARAUDERS KEPT TEASING HARRY AND VANYA SECRETLY. Vanya panic a little because of her parents but they were too busy to notice. After the dinner all of them were to full that they went straight to bed.
Vanya however stayed back and ate some leftover cookies which Remus and her mum made.
"Aren't you going to bed sweetheart?" Mrs Greene asked her daughter as she enter the kitchen
"Not now" Vanya sigh as she pulled her sweater
She was thinking about Harry. Does that kiss meant anything to him? She didn't got the time to talk to Harry about it. He did said he wanted to be more then friends right?
"Is everything ok?" Rachel approached the blonde girl who was sitting on the kitchen counter with a bowl of cookies.
"Totally" said Vanya as she took a bite out of her cookie "why would you ask?"
"It looks like something on your mind" said Mrs Greene standing nearing the kitchen counter
"Nothings on my mind mom" said Vanya "and how would you even know if there was something"
"Because I am your mother" Mrs Greene said with a soft smile "sadly I didn't brought you into this world but I raised you, I know you better than anyone. So tell me what's wrong"
"It's — well, you won't understand" Vanya said slowly "it's really stupid" she stood up, putting the blow where she was sitting "it's getting late mum. Love you" she kissed her mothers cheeks and ran to her room.
Vanya tripped on the staircase then she bumped into someone
"Are you alright?" Harry asked
"Fine" Vanya said awkwardly
"I went to your room but you were not there" said Harry "I assume you were downstairs"
"Yeah - I - I was" said Vanya
There was a awkward silence.
"Let's talk!" Both of them said at the same time
"My room?" Vanya asked and Harry nodded. They went to her room and sat on the bed
"So.."
"Alright" Harry took a deep breath "you know what happen today, well of course you do - erm - Listen! I don't want to make it uncomfortable or awkward between us, so I will just say it and I'm sorry if I say something you don't like but i have been holding it for to long" said Harry getting up
