I was helping Felipe in Carnicería Reyes. with the high demand for fresh meat from a well trusted butcher, Felipe had his hands full so I lend a hand to help him get through the rush hour.

 "Why are you not spending time with Angel and Ez?" Felipe asked,

"they are always at the clubhouse handling business or whatever goes on there." I replied

He shook his head.

"well thank you for helping me here" he says

"its no problem at all" I tell him

"lets sit and talk" he says as he turned the sign on the door to closed and locked the door.

"alright" I say as I placed the brush against the wall before I sat down and he sat across from me.

"with all the shit that's going on. and them making up excuses of marrying you in the courthouse. why don't you just call it all off and leave?" he asked

"I'm a helpless fool who keeps thinking that shit will change and that they will surprise me by taking me to the courthouse and marrying me." I replied

"tell you what. since they don't wanna bother spending time with you. give me your ring and I'll take it to them. tell them that you got tired of waiting for them to marry you and you've left" he says

"I don't think that will work" I tell him shaking my head

"trust me it will" he says

I sighed before I removed the ring and handed it to him.

"hope this doesn't backfire and they cheat on me," I say as I placed the ring in Felipe's hand.

"if they are smart they will get in contact with you and wanna talk it out." he says

I say nothing just nodded my head and bid him a good day before I left out the back.

so much shit has been going on in this club that's affecting mine and Angel's engagement with Chara. it wouldn't surprise me if she calls shit off.

"Ez, Angel. your pops is here and wants to talk with you both" Chucky says as he walked into the clubhouse

Angel and I looked at each other before we got up and headed out to see what pops wanted.

"hi pops" Angel greets

"hello sons" pops greets

"Hi pop" I greeted

"what brings you here?" Angel asked

he held up Chara's engemnet ring.

"fuck" I say

"so she gave up on us huh?" Angel says

I slapped him

"she hasn't gave up on us. we've given up on her by putting this club over her." Isay when he looks at me.

"its always club first" he says

"you cant marry the club and have a family with the love of your life with the club" I say before I reached for Chara's ring.

pops gave it to me.

"what happened?" I asked

"she said she's tired of you guys ignoring her and making excuses of not marrying her whens she's offered plenty of time to go to the justice of the peace. that you two care more about the Mayans then her." pops says

I hung my head in shame while Angel was being his ignorant self.

"we don't need her' he says

"they fuck is wrong with you Angel?" I asked looking at him

"she's tired of us. so fuck her" he says

I slapped him in the back of his head.

"for once in your life use your fucking head. stop being stupid." I say

"fuck you man. i don't need someone who quits on me" he says

"no you just want fucking free pussy and Hpv" I say

"who the fuck has been with us from day one?" I asked

"Chara" he says

"and who was always putting us before themselves?" I asked

"Yea," he says

"we marry her that means no more opportunities to fuck free pussy. and you might wanna let her know the times you've cheated on her" I tell him

"no," he says

"don't be a chick shit, Angel. you fucking screwed Nails, Adelita, and that other chick no problem. but when it comes to confessing to your fucking stupid choices your fucking scared." I tell him

"she'll hate me," he says

"as she should" pops says

Angel looked at him hurt.

"you don't tell her I will" I warned

he sighed and nodded. but I knew he'd not say anything so I'm gonna be the one to do it.

I thanked pops before heading back inside and talked with Bish about taking some time off since I'm a patched member.

once I was given the ok from him I left and headed to our place where I could only hope Chara is.
