Chapter 4

Hana had a good day working at the restaurant. It's always a good day for her when she works at the place which she loved. Mr.Lee usually closes the restaurant around 8 in the night. Hana is doing the dishes while Mr.Lee entered the kitchen.

"Hana, have you finished doing the dishes?", Mr. Lee asked her.

"Hmm, yes, Mr.Lee."

Mr. Lee could sense the tiredness in her voice. Of course, she is tired after a hectic week.

"Hana, I know you are tired. But still you look off. Is there something bothering you?", Mr. Lee asked kindly.

"No, it....it's nothing ", Hana fumbled with her words making Mr. Lee to understand that something wrong going on.

"Okay, then. Come on for dinner. Let's eat together", saying that, Mr. Lee left the kitchen.

Hana was contemplating whether to tell about the rent issue to Mr.Lee which has been bothering her.

He's already struggling with his small restaurant and if I say about my financial struggles to him....no, he gave me a chance to work here generously. I should not make him feel burdened...

She finished doing the dishes and walked to one of the tables where Mr. Lee arranged the food for them to dine.

She was walked towards him smilingly and dragged a chair to sit.

"How is your university going on, Hana?", Mr.Lee asked.

"It's going on well. Yesterday, I submitted the report work and I have three months break till the finals", Hana replied.

"Oh! That's good", Mr. Lee nodded.

After a pause he continued.

"Hana, I want to say something to you."

Hana turned all her attention to Mr.Lee's speech.

"If we don't express our problem to the person you trust, we won't get the solution. You know that", Mr.Lee said making Hana contemplate with herself again.

Feeling defeated by his words, Hana prepared herself to speak about the issue.

She told him everything what happened in her apartment last evening. Mr. Lee is the only one hope she had. More likely, he is like her father.

"That's the situation? You don't have to hide this from me. You must've told me before", Mr. Lee began to smile.

"I did not want to make you feel burdened. That's why I was hesitating to say", Hana said looking down at her feet with a pouty face.

"Hana, you have already gone through a lot for a twenty four year old woman. I'm always there for you and I'll try to help you in the best way possible. Don't worry, okay?", Mr. Lee spoke to her in a cheerful manner.

"Okay, Mr.Lee", she said with a big smile on her face. They both talked about various stuffs and had a good time together. It's always a precious moment for Hana to spend her time with the person whom she always counted on. After the dinner, Hana bid goodbye to Mr.Lee and walked towards her apartment.

Mr. Lee stood watching Hana go back to her place. He too cherished her more as he had no family for him. To him Hana is everything, like a lovely daughter.

"I will help you anyway, Hana."

At BigHit Office (around 9 pm)

The boys accepted the idea suggested by Hobi. To them, Mr.Bang Shi Hyuk is not only just a manager of the company they work but also he is a good pal. It may seem little different for others seeing the manager and the employees having a good relationship outside the job circle. But, Mr. Shi Hyuk is an exemption and copes up well with his employees; especially Bangtan.
