Chapter 10: Epilog

* Since no one gave me who they would want to Stiles' mate I did the one I wanted and if you wanted someone else well too bad.

It's been 1 whole year now since killing Scott and all the happenings involved. I've been able to find peace within my fox and I'm able to be as if my transformation was not disrupted. 

Liam was totally made to be an Alpha and he even found who hiss mate is. He never tells us who no matter what and keeps telling us "All in good time." 

I'm walking downstairs and thinking about Liam and his mate gets me thinking, if I have one or not. My mom told me that our type of kitsune have a mate and we actually mate for life very similar to wolves. 

I'm walking down the stairs of the house we all moved into, and I go into the kitchen to see what to make for breakfast. I see nothing of interest, and I look around smelling an unfamiliar scent. 

I growl slightly and make my way to the front door. I open it slowly and I see a guy. He puts his hand up saying "Hi, I'm Theo, I'm here for Liam." 

I drop my jaw and I step aside letting him in as I say, "Sorry about that." He brushes it off telling me "It's cool, I wanted to surprise him as well as everyone else." 

I smile saying "Well you succeeded partially." He smiles nodding before making his way to the living room and I smile going to the kitchen to make something thinking about whether or not to make something or just go get something from Mcdonald's. 

I finally decide to go somewhere to eat, and I go back to my room to change before going out the door. I just arrive at the diner, and I get out going into the place. 

I go up to wait to be led to a table when my eyes land on to my surprise Derek Fucking Hale and my eyes widen the second, he turns to see me. 

I feel like my insides are melting and my stomach drops. I smile regardless of my insides feeling like they're dying, or my maybe I feel like I am dying, and I start walking over to him like some force is pulling me towards him. 

He actually starts to walk towards me almost the same time and when we reach one another he grabs the sides of my face as I bring mine around his neck. We pull one another into a kiss and when we part a swallow feeling eyes but looking into Dereks eyes I feel as If it's just him and I. 

I lose touch as I get lost in his eyes and I smile when he leans in again. I close my eyes meeting him and afterwards I say "Wow, Sorry I just . . . Couldn't help it." 

He smiles as he holds one side of my face with his hand and says as I look him in the eyes "I couldn't either. I think I know why." 

I ask with my arms still wrapped around his neck and looking him in the eyes "Why?" He smiles looking at me with love in his beautiful gray eyes and he answers "We're something called Mates and you only have one. 

It's actually very rare for someone to actually find their mates and Peter had one, but as you know she died in the fire. You only have one mate in your lifetime at least a soul mate, you can have more than one, but your soul mate is one of a kind. 

Which is why it's rare and very special. I don't know why it took this long to see you but now that I have you, I'm not letting you go." 

He pulls me in for another kiss and I don't mind one bit as I kiss back. Once we part, I ask him with my fox smirk "Want to go have some fun?" 

He smiles with love in his eyes and pecks me on the lips. After pulling from the kiss, he smiles with love still in his beautiful shade of gray eyes and says "Defiantly." 

We leave the place and I'm no longer hungry for food but instead I'm hungry for something more. We leave the place and I'm happy knowing Scott's no longer here to control anyone. 

I know it's harsh to say something like that to "My best friend," but he was a horrible alpha, all that power went to his head and now that he's gone everyone is happier. 

I have my soul mate and the pack is better than ever with Liam as our Alpha with his mate Theo. I know we'll be a force to be reckoned with and we'll protect beacon hills being the best we can. 

I have Derek and Derek has me we'll help Liam along with the whole pack. We'll be better than Scott and we'll be the best we can. 

To protect Beacon Hills, we'll kill those you are not willing to agree with us and are dangerous for the wellbeing of Beacon Hills while we'll accept those willing to work with us under strict rules. 

With that in mind I know we're on our way to becoming a better verson of the pack that Scott had, and we won't become corrupt by power. 

We'll be better and protect the citizens of Beacon Hills, kill those that wrong the town while helping those willing to change. 

Until the next threat of Beacon Hills attacks, we'll be able to train and have our bonds grow with each passing day. I know Liam will do this pack proud and Derek and I will be right there to help him if he needs it.
