Tsukishima flinched and stepped back a little, when he noticed his own actions, he tried acting cool by fixing his eyeglasses with his shaking hands.
He still don't know what this mermaid's hostility is coming from. The mermaid was raised in the government special breeding facility, about who his parents are...
Mermaids are coming from human sized eggs, usually, adult pregant mermaids will lay their egg when it's still underdeveloped and the egg is still the size of a hand, they lay it hidden underwater, before leaving it, completely abandoning it. Unlike other mamals, Mermaids have no such thing as maternal feelings, when they are pregnant, their first instinct is to get rid of it. But still they have no skill in getting rid of babies like humans, so they can only lay it when it's already full egg.
The best they can do is to hide it before leaving.
The government breeding facility found a dying pregnant mermaid at the seashore, they took it in of course. Mermaids are important, they have bigger contribution in the world — even bigger than humans.
The mermaid eventually died the moment it layed its egg. The facility thought that it's just a normal death. Until they found that the semen inside the mermaid is not that of a mermaid but instead is a siren's!
They are bewildered. The baby mermaid half siren won't probably survived. Yet to their surprise, the baby actually lived.
No one knows what happened inside the facility, only those vague informations were uncovered.
Working in this mermaid care center for 5 years already, Tsukishima never thought he would encounter this kind of things.
Mermaids are known for being obedient, silent and their beautiful calming singing voice.
Sirens are the opposites. They are prideful, they see everyone as their prey, they are even more beautiful than mermaids and their singing...

Literally ignored. Akaashi is upset though. The mermaid is so beautiful. Despite it's temper, there's nothing else to find fault about.
The mermaid never even eyed him, it's eyes stuck around Tsukishima all the time — eyes full of hostility.
Those beautiful eyes never sees him. How upsetting is that?
When Tsukishima left, Akaashi was left alone with the mermaid. He crouched down, the mermaid in front of him, playing with clams.
Those eyelashes are gold too, water still lingers on it.
Almost unreal, the beauty of this half breed is so good that it's almost impossible to believe. The original beauty of a mermaid and the out of the world's beauty of a siren — a truly gpod combination.
"So beautiful..." Akaashi can't hep but murmur while taking a deep breath.
Tsukishima once again entered the room.
Akaashi heart the door closing and said, "We should name him."
Tsukishima didn't reply. He walked closer to the other before saying, "yeah. You think first."
"No you first."
"No."
"But—"
"I'll name him chuchu then." Tsukishima said nonchalant.
The mermaid raised it's head and glared at him as usual but this time, it's even more deadly.
Akaashi face palmed. "Well, I shall name him." he thought for a while. "Let's name him Sho."
Tsukishima is displeased. "Isn't that too specific?"
Akaashi dumbly stared back at him. "You told me to name him and you think you have the rights to object? Also, my idea is better than yours. What chuchu? Does he looks like a train?"
Well... Tsukishima really have nothing to say.
So he just... Raised his hand to fix his glasses.
