    Super strength: kinda of tells you. It is to the point of she can obliterate a mountain and or kill someone if she doesn't watch how much strength she puts into it.
    Healing: Can healing anything like a broken bone or a injury bad enough that can kill you if not treated.
    Regeneration: can regenerate a limb or if she has a hole in her that can close within seconds or faster depends of the size of the hole in her.

Super strength:
She can break her own limb to point of not able to use them anymore.
Healing:
The more she heals the more energy she uses.
Regeneration:
That takes a lot more stamina but if she is going to regenerate another persons limb she would need to put some of her own DNA in or on them to grow back that limb.
