It was a couple months later, they both graduated.
Karl was having really bad pains and he was worried so he went and told sapnap, and sapnap told him that they were probably contractions, and that they needed to get the bag for the hospital ready just in case.
After they packed the bag
The pains got really bad, so sapnap took Karl to the hospital and they said that Karl was about to go into labor, but that he could go home bc they knew it would be a couple of hours.
So they went home and after a few hours Karl's water broke, and they grabbed the bag and drove almost speeding to the hospital. When they got there they told the receptionist that Karl was in labor, so she rushed to get a doctor.
