the two teens hadn't been hiding for long when they heard Judiths hungry cries in the distance, carl kept his strong hold on his gun and kept a look out through a small hole in the tree but Daisys breath quickened at the sound of the babys cries
this was one of the reasons she hated leaving Judith for long periods of time, it was hard not knowing if she was ok or not
"she's fine daisy, dads got her" carl told the girl not even looking at her, he always seemed to be able to tell when she was actually fine and when she wasn't
"but what if he needs help or something, should I go help him? I'm gonna go help him" she rambled as she went to stand but was stopped by carl
he grabbed her arm and pulled her back down next to him, he faced her with a stern expression "she's. Fine." he told her before he went back to the peep hole
daisy sighed "but what if she's not, what if she's crying for you? Or me even! what if rick doesn't have any food- what am I saying I KNOW he doesn't have any-" Daisys mindless words were cut off by carl placing a hand over her mouth bringing her closer to him
he hugged her to his chest looking out of the tree, he had just heard rustling and was trying to see who it was
a sigh of relief left him as he watched the group that had gone after the car walking towards the barn "fucking finally"

the group....and Aaron were now in the barn looking at whatever "proof" the small group had brought back
daisy was bouncing Judith on her hip as she looked around at all the canned food and water they had brought back, daisy picked up a can of spaghetti O's and held it up in front of Judith
"you see this, this is real food" she told the baby in a low tone earning a laugh from Maggie who was picking all the loose sticks out of the blonds, now down hair
when the older women threw the last small stick to the ground she watched rick walk over to Aaron "this, this is ours now" he said motioning to the can of O's he had in his hand
daisy leaned closer to faith, her eyes squinted in confusion "wasn't.....wasn't that the...point?" she asked making faith laugh but her laugh was cut off when the two girls got a stern look from rick before he turned back to the man who was still tied up
Arron nodded to the can "there's more than enough" he said not quite catching on to what rick was implying "its ours, whether or not we go to your camp" he turned back to the rest
carl looked away from daisy and gave him a look of disbelief "what do you mean? why wouldn't we go?"
michonne decided it was now a good time to speak up "if he were lying, or if he wanted to hurt us" she looked towards rick with a stern look "but he isn't, and he doesn't. we need this. so were going, all of us" she said looking around at the group "somebody say something if they feel differently"
