o5: Bloody Hell

"Uh, n-no Professor. It wasn't me." I stutter. It really wasn't me. If I have to take the fall for the twins, those two gits would surely pay.

"Detention, now!" Snape snarled as he grabs me by my robe and leads me into his classroom. Seriously, what is up with people and dragging me around? I am not a puppet!

"Miss Black, I want you to clean all of these desks and the chalk board by hand." He storms off, leaving me alone. So much for going to the library. I grab a sponge and started washing the chalkboard free of chalk, humming to myself quietly. The memory of us pranking Draco never left my mind. It was fun, but definitely not worth taking the blame for, but surely enough I felt a familiar smile form on my lips.

"Idiots." I mutter to myself. An hour later after I finished cleaning, my stomach began cramping again and a wave of liquid came out of me. I froze. Did I just pee on myself?

"Little Red, what are you doing standing there in the middle of the hallway?" George throws his arm around my shoulder. I shove him off. "Nice of you to join us after your detention." Fred pipes in. "Well I would have seen you guys sooner if you hadn't left me by myself."

"Little Red, don't sound so-" Fred stops, glancing down mouth wide opened. He hits his brother and motions him to look down. "Uh, Red"

"What?" I snapped. George immediately took off his sweater and ties it around my waist. "Walk with me." he grabs my shoulders and rushes me away from our friends. He was walking way too fast for me to keep up. "George, honestly what is going on?"

"Alex, you got your period." he blushes. He scratched the back of his neck and looks away. My mouth forms an 'o' and stood there. Not only did I start my period, but now all of my friends know. This was utterly embarrassing. 

"Frannie, Alex needs you!" George yells as we enters the common room.  She runs . "What's going on?"

"Red, I mean, oops sorry. Alex got her period." he blushes again. "Really? Now you're going to get uncomfortable saying my nickname?" I question. Frannie grabs my arm and takes me to the girls' bathroom. 

"Bloody hell." 

"No shit."

"I see why you're stomach was cramping now. Here." She hands me what I needed.. "Thanks." I say quietly.

"I-- I got.."

"Go ahead. Say it." She sighs.

"I GOT THE CURSEEEE!" I screamed out.

This is so embarrassing.

"HERMIONE! ALEX FINALLY BECAME A WOMAN!" She shouted.

"Why are you so excited? This is torture." My stomach cramped again and I moaned.

"You wouldn't happen to know any spells to stop this, do you?"

"Nope." She says, popping the 'p'. "But I do have this." She holds up a heating pad. This is going to be one bloody hell of a week. Literally.

The next morning I woke up and stormed into the shower. I am so not prepared to take on the day. Tomorrow is the day of the Quidditch match, and I still need to go to the library. After showering and getting ready, I grabbed my bag and headed off to breakfast, not bothering to wait for Fran and Hermione.

"Good Morning Red." Fred pops  up beside me.

"There is nothing good about this morning." I sigh.

"Also thanks for ditching me yesterday. Professor Snape caught me when I was escaping so I took the blame for you guys. I meant to tell you guys that yesterday but." I stop, realizing what I was about to bring up.
